GoogleWe bought a flat with B Simmons, for which the complete documentation was not available. It took longer time than expected to get the things sorted out. During the whole journey, our only solace was Sarah. She was always prompt in getting responses for all our queries and help us in every possible way.I would recommend B Simmons & Son for their professionalism, ability to help and transparency in their updates.

GoogleI dealt with Sarah Campbell who was super helpful. She kept me up to date at all times and helped with advice as I was new to selling a property. My solicitor has been extremely unhelpful with delayed responses and missing information however Sarah has made up for it and I would recommend her to anyone selling their property in the Slough area. Thanks so much Sarah!

GoogleVery unprofessional, agent was late on viewing day. No feedback after giving an offer, I had to call them and they told me offer rejected, I said can I give a higher offer they said no. I feel like they don’t care about customer and don’t want to sell a house to me at all.

GoogleLast year become a tenant of B Simmons & Son I can TRUST the paper work which they did whether its offline or online (+1 star) Received flat in good condition except some issue :) (can ignore) for which adding +1 stars. Issue is issue till it's not resolved but B Simmons provide the good RESPONSE to resolve it which adding +1 more star. +1 more star for Joslyn ma'am, who's not just listen but also RESOLVed issue if any. -2 star - some issues taking about 3 months to resolved and some are still pending but in area they are best A year almost over and we are HAPPY (except some) with B Simmons & Son service. Wish you all the best B Simmons & Son TEAM :)

GoogleBooked a viewing of a property for rent, went there as per the timing giving by the estate agent, only to find out no agent was there, called the agent and he told me the property was already taken by someone else. Waste of time, very unprofessional

View AgentsQuick and smooth sale from beginning to end
After a lifetime of living in the same property, it was a difficult decision to sell. Sarah and Amy attended the property and put my mother at ease and explained the whole process to her. They were both understanding of her needs and were courteous at all times. Sarah was amazing and explained the sale process to us and was always on hand when we had questions during this. Communication throughout was amazing and we cannot thank her enough for all the help and support provided during this.

GoogleIn the last few weeks, my family had been watching the apartments in the Ambassador House, every time homeless people were sitting at the entrance to the building, drinking alcohol. How do you expect someone to be interested in an apartment when it is difficult to enter the building by several people who drink alcohol? Thank you for your comments, we are fully aware of the situation at Ambassador House and have reported all activity to the Landlords as and when it has occurred. Our recommendation was to replace to front doors to a more secure fitting which we understand has been completed last week. We appreciate this is distressing for tenants and passers by but unfortunately is outside of our direct control as letting agents.
