GoogleAmazing team work won’t be enough to express the service and the support B Simmons & Son provided me throughout the process of selling , Sarah is an asset to B Simmons & Son , she played a fantastic role throughout the journey , the amount of knowledge she has for all the paper work going around is incredible, She supported me throughout the process with my onward chain (buying) as well and was on top of it with the estate agent for my new property, the other person i would like to add is Aneta who was the one to book viewing's for the property , she did not give up at all , with all the changes happening around with the mortgages she still made sure i had viewings happening for the sale I had my contract with a different estate agent last year who promised me a lot of things but never delivered and i wasted 4 months with them until i moved to B Simmons & Son, it was a great decision to move with them . I would definitely recommend B Simmons & Son, specially when we all know how stressful selling and buying a house can be, this is the estate agency who can take the stress away from you.

GoogleI have been renting a property for nearly 3 months now and so far everything has been great! The flat required some repairs and everything was sorted right away, mostly with the help of Angelina Raza. I have never met such a helpful agent in my life. If you want someone who genuinely cares, replies right away and makes sure that everything gets done - she is the right person for you! I am greatful for all her help.

GoogleSarah and the team were superb at every point, selling a house in troubling times is not an easy job, however, B.Simmons & Sons managed to have our sale complete within 6 months. They understood our needs and timescales and kept us updated throughout. If you are looking for a company that will call you, keep you updated and really care, then I recommend them completely.

GoogleCalled their sales department for a property located on Tuns Lane and they refused even to have a viewing appointment! They ask for agreement in principle before even setting up a viewing on the property. They just try to ruin your credit score... shame on them... Beware! Avoid at any costs! Update: I was on the phone with one of their menagers: Mrs Sarah C. and she was very polite by explaining the full situation for that property. They just need to make sure that you're really interested to buy their properties, and taking with pottential buyers that actually have full finances available. Hope we will be able to sort this deal out!
Thank you for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. Unfortunately our Vendor had asked us to financially verify all applicants before viewing their property. it is quite normal and its also advised to have an agreement in principal/ decision in principal/ mortgage promise or even evidence of an initial calculation arranged before viewing properties. This ensures a buyer is viewing properties within their budget. We are not by any means wanting to affect any ones credit scores but caution and research into mortgages should be taken before starting the house buying process regardless. Hi Rajiv, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do provide "property information forms" for all of our new tenancies which details the providers. This was emailed to you (along with the other compliance documentation) two days before you moved in to ensure you were prepared and informed for check in. The meters themselves are fully visible at the time of viewing. The meter type isn't something we legally have to disclose but understand it is important to tenants. I am sorry you feel we have fallen short but would hope that tenants ask questions which are important to them before making an offer and consequently moving in. In response to your feedback we would be happy to discuss with the Landlord having your meter changed to a bill payment if you could contact me directly?
