Since the moment of walking into the show home at Summerville after viewing a few, To be greeted by a sales advisor, such a lovey sweet and very professional young girl Bella Stewart , throughout Day 1 till the our final Completion date she kept us fully up to date on all legal documentation, nothing was to much too ask she was Outstanding thank you so much Bella 🥰❤️

She also went above and beyond and contacted another site to arrange for us to visit the show house similar to the house type we were interested in on the same day. Although, the site rep was very busy with customers, she acknowledged us. After we had looked at the house styles on the wall she quickly excused herself to ensure we were OK. I mentioned we had received a text about the show home opening and could we take a look. She gave us directions and off we went. Very friendly.Show home was lovely, but probably more suitable for a younger family.

We are buying our first home on the Greenlock Place development and Lewis has been amazing throughout the whole process so far. He is always willing to help, very friendly and very fast at responding to our questions and concerns. It never feels like we are asking too many questions and it feels like we’ve been involved and kept updated through every step. He has made the very stressful process as easy as possible for us.

The process of buying a house from Avant was straight forward. Once they have your money, they don't care. I purchased a plot on Elliot Place 2 years ago, and after stating on the demo day that the front door doesn't close correctly, they assured me this would be fixed. It's been 2 years and the door is still broken. 2 years of calls, emails and bodged attempts at fixing it cheaply, they are seemingly refusing to fix the door, likely as it will cost them money to do so. even though their joiner, a professional door installation company, Avants regional manager and site manager have all confirmed the door and frame need replacing. Customer services is a joke. in the 2 years this has been going on, the majority of the people dealing with this issue have quit, including our personal contact we were given. They dont update you until you prod them and it's always "we're sorry", followed by an excuse, then stating they will do the thing you asked them to do months ago, and big surprise, they dont do it.To add to this, while in the process of buying an Avant home, i was put off by the reviews stating the customer service was terrible. We were assured that it was a 3rd party company which they have parted ways with and they now have expert in-house customer service... That was a lie.We actually have around 20 other snags which we have now pushed to the side, in the hopes of speeding up the fixing of the door. I am in the process of raising this with the new homes Ombudsmen and likely will be taking Avant to small claims court.Please avoid Avant Homes like the plague. They simply don't care once you exchange.

Georgia was brilliant from start to finish when we bought our first home on the Croftside Quarter development. Nothing was too much for her to do to help make the process as smooth as possible. Avoid, avoid, avoid, the house is a complete waste of money. Site staff avoid to talk to me over my husband! The inside is ruined, we've had black mold coming out the walls, with children in the house!

We went into the Copper Gardens showroom to have a chat about moving to an Avant home. I sent a message on the website and Angela called me and said I was welcome to come and visit anytime and have a chat. We went the same day and she remembered me straight away. We sat down and she was very thorough in asking what we wanted out of a house, but also gave us other options that we hadn't considered. She was so helpful and really reassured me that if we did buy an Avant home she would do her upmost to help us in any way possible. We are now sat trying to decide what house we want! Absolutely fantastic service and can't wait to return for another chat when we are ready to take the next step.

The on-site Sales Advisor Louise was excellent. We were seen at the agreed appointment time, all the information material was printed and organised for us and we were taken through it in a way we could understand. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and nothing seemed to be a bother at all. We were taken round a few property stiles within our budget and didn’t feel rushed or pushed into any decisions. The advice and information felt genuine and honest
