GoogleAbsolutely the worst building by far on waverley. I would not buy a new house from them and regret buying from them. There customer service is appauling, they dont honour repairs. They work is nothing but bodged after bodged, then they refuse to repair they mess ups. Please Do not buy house from these fraudsters you will regret it. I have added a small amount of photos showing issues, We have hundereds. There manager swore at my wife on hand over because we found fault with the house. He stormed off, I should have pulled out then and realised our mistake buying from them. They done nothing to put things right over than carry on bodging repairs. We will no longer let them in the house. Will are going legal. We happy to show everyone the truth about this builder. Going to the papers aswell next. One of the issues Was suppose to remove a cracking screed in the garage, but removed the entire concrete floor, and damaged the beam and block look at the photo. Called on the morning to say why are you doing this, got snotty attitude this is what needs to be done, but all they needed to do was chip up thin screed and relay. they then damaged the drive putting a skip on it, the new concrete poured in to the drains (we have video evidence) and they reply was just let us know if there a issue - unbelievable. New cpncrete layed it's gone all over the exterior walls and new electric black garage door. The guys come back and used a brill pad on garage good and rubbed the paint off it and scratched it - you cannot write this and this is 1 of many many issues like this. Just look at the few issues in the photos, inside the house, garage, mould not because it's drying out , because they covered his up trying to hide it. Damaged binfold doors - denied it and refuse to repair under warranty (all on camera ) Stay away and do not buy from them - you have been warned. Save your money and buy from better builders on waverley. It would be minus 50 stars if this was even possible.

GoogleVery unpleasant overflowing manhole cover from drain beneath new house driveway. The detritus flowing over the public pathway and into the road. These houses were only completed earlier this year and poor quality workmanship already apparent. Not sure whether it's sewage or 'grey water' but unpleasant nevertheless and no activity evident in rectifying the issue over several days and still appears unaddressed. No one evident in the show house to report to. Don't get me started on the muddy / slippery condition the builders created on the road and broken up roadway verges during the initial building phase.

GoogleI never known a building company to spend months and months on ground works! what are you actually doing to the ground? You have spent literally months trying to create a road, day in day out - same area in the field! Meanwhile you have built over 30-40 houses within the same duration! For the love of god finish the ground works!!!

GoogleAfter a lot of researching we have found the house of our dreams with Avant Homes. All issues so far ( minor snags) have been dealt promptly and efficiently. Special thanks to Olivia , our sales rep at Sorby Park for her outstanding professionalism and customer service. Couldn't be happier with our new home. The whole team did their best π

GoogleContractors have made a complete mess. The road has so many pot holes and has been severely damaged. The new houses are poor quality, small rooms with thin plasterboard 'walls'.
