As first time buyers we really didn't know the process, we were quite anxious when we first entered the office but tasha and Louise made us feel at ease straight away they answered all our questions and helped point us in the right direction. Any small snagging issues were sorted immediately and rectified on the day. Can't fault the team or service, has restored my faith in new builds totally.

TrustpilotCraignethan Gate…
We recently moved into the development Craignethan Gate and have had the most wonderful experience when buying a new build. We have previously heard horror stories about new build houses but our move was seamless and stress-free. Any questions or issues we have had since moving in have been dealt with promptly and all repairs have been so quick. A massive thank you to team members Chris Hughes and Kyle Hughes who have provided an excellent standard of customer service throughout the whole process. We love our new home so much!
