I visited Avant homes at Eden Fields and Chloe showed me round a house I was interested in. From viewing to reservation Chloe went above and beyond to explain absolutely everything from choosing upgrades, the building spec, and future development plans, making the whole process easy to understand and was very knowledgable when answering any questions I had. I felt completely at ease knowing exactly what to do and the process involved. An excellent member of staff and valuable member of avant homes.

Hackett grange

We recently purchased our first home at Hackett Grange in Radcliffe on Trent and had a great experience with Keiran, Zehra and the avant team. As first time buyers we were quite apprehensive about the entire process particularly with buying a new build, however Keiran ensured that we had a really smooth experience. He doesn’t just look at you as a customer, but really cares about you as people and will go above and beyond to ensure that you’re home buying journey is as smooth sailing as can be. He is incredibly knowledgable in all areas, approachable and friendly. What really impressed us was his dedication to provide us weekly updates regarding our home and his prompt responses to emails and queries. This is something we found other new build developments really lacked. The avant team (particularly Tracy and Neil) have been great when dealing with any snagging and have been fab at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional experience with Hackett Grange

Everything about our experience with Hackett Grange and Keiran has been outstanding. My husband and I are buying a home here and the professionalism, support and kindness of the team has been exceptional. Drew was very helpful from the Greenlock Place, Leeds. She explained everything to us and had patience with all our questions. The only disappointment I had was since last year I have been enquiring about The Dalton and was reassured I was put on a list to be notified asap when The Dalton was released but that never happened. Thankfully we have been randomly checking your website and saw that The Dalton was released. Otherwise we most likely would have missed the opportunity to purchase the property. This service could be improved.

Keiran at Hackett Grange, Nottingham

I recently purchased a property at Avant Homes Hackett Grange development. After visiting most (if not, all) other new build developments in Nottingham, this development not only met my criteria but the customer service I received from Keiran was second to none all throughout! Keiran is very passionate about his role and genuinely cares about you, your home, your requirements and will do everything he can to make the process of buying a new home as smooth-sailing as possible - this was particularly important for me as a first time buyer. Keiran is kind, honest, approachable and knowledgeable with significant experience - which are exactly the qualities you want in a sales advisor when making such a big investment. Keiran's communication is clear and prompt, with regular weekly updates on build progress. I would also like to mention Laura Davies and Zehra the sales manager who were also incredible throughout and worked to ensure we were able to overcome any hurdles. The site team work efficiently and in my experiences, to a very good standard. The aftercare so far has been great too. Tracy is very efficient at organising visits to view and organise repairs of any snags. I would highly recommend considering this development and Keiran as your sales advisor for a positive experience - I recommended a friend who purchased a property have also had a similar experience to myself. We have just moved into our new home at Hackett Grange and so far we are very impressed. I went to Five Rise Quarter at Bingley. I had arranged to see Abi on the day the show home opened. Abi was extremely helpful and explained everything to us showing us diagrams etc. I was interested in a two bed house but the show house was a larger detached house. Abi explained how we could see where I wanted to be from the upstairs window. Abi said she would make us an appointment to look round a Ripley house. This was done and she walked round with us explaining about the different upgrades etc. I was very pleased as to how helpful she was and will definitely go back with any further enquiries I have

Avant Homes - Building houses with people, wildlife & nature in mind.

I have recently reserved a plot/house on Hackett Grange, Radcliffe on Trent. I arrived at the Sales office at 9am to enquire about a property. The office didn't open until 10am, fortunately for me, Keiran the Sales Agent for Avant Homes, was willing to start his working day an hour early. He was extremely professional & helpful and more than willing to try & help me in the best way possible. By 10am I had been shown around a plot/completed house and was on my way to reserving it. Keiran is an amicable friendly sales person, who has the quality of combining a seemingless effortless high standard of professionalism, whilst at the same time making a client feel valued and at ease. He is very knowledgeable about Hackett Green and the surrounding area of Phase 1 of the building site. He has an excellent insight into the structure of the houses, the land they are built on and the purpose of the balancing pond. He was keen to express how Avant Homes are ensuring that wildlife is encouraged to thrive in the area by keeping existing trees, adding hedgehog tunnels & integrated sparrow & swift boxes amongst other measures.

Stewarts Quarter

We moved into our new build at Stewarts Quarter at the end of April 2026. Firstly, Vivienne who took us from reservation to completion, was amazing. She communicated with us fully throughout the process and no question was ever too much. On completion, we did have an array of issues. We experienced a few stressful days but the aftercare service has been great. The customer care team have been super proactive and understanding. Especially Holly and Thomas who have been so attentive and reassuring throughout the full process. They have taken on a lot of our stresses and have endeavoured to get it all fixed within a suitable timeframe. Without these guys, this process would have been stressful and very grateful for their continued support.

I would like to leave feedback for Cheryl Fisher who helped me on buying my property at Avant Homes JG. I was buying the 2 bed property myself and Cheryl made the whole process of buying the property very easy. She explained the steps involved to me clearly and ensured I understood the process. Cheryl resolved an issue for me very quickly and I was given an excellent incentive to resolve the issue I encountered. I was able to pop into the sales office regularly as the build progressed to have an informal chat with Cheryl who made me feel very welcome. Cheryl provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process which really helped to make the process as easy as possible for me especially when buying a property myself. 10/10 excellent customer service.

Sarah was extremely rude

Sarah was extremely rude and unprofessional. We were repeatedly given inaccurate information which caused nothing but frustration and wasted our time. Despite raising concerns, nothing seemed to be done to address the issues. The whole experience was handled poorly and has left our family extremely disappointed. Customer service should be built on honesty, respect, and clear communication, and unfortunately none of those were shown in our dealings with Sarah as she had no interest whatsoever.
