GoogleThey will flaunt their "5-Star Housebuilder" rating and "Designer" living, but in reality you will be inheriting yourself an abundance of snag issues and many headaches for years to come. Customer service will be helpful for the first 3 months of your purchase, but they will quickly forget about you after they have gotten a good NHBC rating within that period. Avoid at all cost.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleOnly gave it one star but would have liked to give it minus 50. Worst house builders I've had the misfortune to meet.
