Moved in January 2020, 5year rent to buy, definitely will not be buying and so pleased I hadn't bought it. We're charged a monthly maintenance fee of £11 which we weren't told before we signed the forms, for what I do not know but nothing to do with my own house or boundaries (I've spoken to some in the street who don't even get charged, bit sly how they work it tbh imo). The bolt on the back gate didn't line up with the catch on the opposite side lazy workmanship but easily fixed so thought nevermind. After a couple weeks we got a leak coming through the kitchen ceiling and one of the bedroom ceilings which turned out to be the pipes. Few months in we saw neighbours opposite having their roof scaffolded so obvs guttering or tile issues. Very thin walls, windows & doors not fitted the best either so can hear next door AND outside. No boundaries on gardens so people & kids cut through & let their dogs dirty on your garden. Also, ventilation isn't very good & seals in bathroom & kitchen especially, quite a lot of black mould which just keeps coming back. 4yrs on we have another leak in the same upstairs bedroom which could either be guttering OR pipes again, also a big circle of black mould where the leak was (have to wait 2months for believe housing to come out due to the amount of people having problems due to the recent storms). Garden has no top soil they've used clay so is constantly flooded if it rains, boggy so if you like a nice garden you'd have to pay a fortune to dredge it all up. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. Personally, if I buy I'm looking at older houses/estates, newbuild estates are like sardines ya can't move, everyone has 2-3 cars aswell so the traffic is horrendous. Can't wait to be in a position to move out.

Great experience visiting your Avant site at Skelton Lake. My partner and I visited Lewis and were immediately welcomed by him. He took the time to explain different options to us including the different home styles to suit what we’re looking for as well as showing us around. Lewis also took the time to send us some additional information for us to think about. Very knowledgable of the site and what’s to come and made us want to move there. Hopefully we can!

We moved into our hew build 4 bed home last November in Bradley Point.You would obviously expect to have teething issues with new builds, ours were not major and the small issues were taken care of right away. Nick, the site manager was always helpful, responded to calls and emails very promptly. He took care of our small issues and always followed up to see if were we satisfied with the work. I highly recommend buying a property in Bradley Point, you will be investing in a tip top home with excellent after sales service!

*Avoid*at all costs supposed to be a quality builder nearly two years of hell and its still ongoing trying to get repairs/ damaged items repaired, replaced which were reported from completion! to date we have had 1 of 3 bathrooms available for the last week due to ongoing repairs which have gone wrong from the start lack of materials, trade arriving not aware of the jobs to be be carried out! to tiles falling from walls, not what you would expect for 317000 sadly we were supposed to have a birthday party this week end for our 9 year old and due to the ongoing mess lack of facilities this cant happen! this company only cares about taking your money this becomes obvious very quickly after completion!! if you value your time and mental health stay clear all they care about are the profits!

Went to see the development at Jackton Green to look to downsize. Was interested in a certain house type and plot. The sales person Colina was friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic about the development and easily put me at ease with the process. Arranged for me to see the house type in another development and gave up so much of her time to explain everything in detail. Cant commend her highly enough for the service she provided.

STRAWBERRY FIELDS CARLTONHaving called in already living in the area we sat down with Nicola in the sales office just for a general nosey back in September and now are looking forward to moving into our new home in the up and coming weeks !!! Nicola has been a breath of fresh air throughout the process with no pressure to buy and find ourselves calling in now in passing just to say hello .I feel i have been a very challenging customer and she has put up with me constantly changing my mind on the extras as they are fitting them that week .I really hope i am happy with the house build as i get to it but if its as good as the care we have had through the whole process i will look forward to it .There was a few bumpy moments along the way and i refused at one point to deal with anyone else at AVANT apart from Nicola so credit where its due .Don't let me down now as all i can say !!!!!!!!! Wayne

I haven’t seen such a liar company, i have paid £5500 for moduleo flooring and ended up with thin layer of rubber, found it after 2 years and they said they don’t cover anymore.
