Having visited Avant at Green Hammerton on several occasions, both with and without appointments we were very impressed with the service received and the development.In particular, Lewis was most helpful when we needed to change visiting times, and again once we’d selected a property of interest. He was informative and accommodating to our needs, he was polite, answered our questions and kept us informed afterwards.

I bought a new home from this company then called Bett Homes in 2000. Now in 2024 I need to spend at least £10,000 on. No not a new kitchen but on badly eroded external brickwork mortar with hundred of holes that go through to the cavity. Roof valleys and verges, mortar erosion. And in hidden roof spaces ie over bay windows and hallway, no insulation. and a conspiracy of silence from NHBC and a Avant Homes, your NEW BUILD HOME may be next. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Andy is always on time, positive, and ensures the work allocated is completed on time and to a good started. Always cleans up after himself too! Great job. My wife and I have had several conversations and met with Lewis Simms at Avant Homes, Ambretone Park development in Green Hammerton. Lewis has been approachable, professional and polite in his dealings with us. He is currently going that extra mile to help us put together a package to assist us in purchasing a new home. There has been no pushy selling and a lot of transparency on how Avant Homes like to work and deal reasonably with their customers. We haven't yet finalised our purchase, but I have every confidence that Lewis will do everything possible to make this happen.

I’m in the process of buying a new build in Catterick.I’m currently engaging with Vicki Phelps from avant and she has been fantastic.
