Everyone at Radfords Meadow are so friendly, helpful and kind, the site management have gone above and beyond to put any snagging issues with my new home right quickly and to my satisfaction, the team are very approachable and do their upmost to help.Louise in the front office on the estate is really lovely and helpful, all in all iam very happy with my Avant home and the neighbours are lovely too.I would 100% recommend Avant homes.

The customer services manager on site (Angela) has been outstanding, always looking after us as first time buyers and ensuring that we were on the right path. No ask was ever too much for her. We viewed and enquired about Avant homes on site on several occasions and it was the arrival of Angela and her infectious enthusiasm, energy and relaxed demeanour that convinced us that this was the house for us.Sadly Angela was not on site for our move in day which could have gone better with no formal handover of keys conducted or the usual welcome ceremony conducted. Welcome box was left on door step with non welcome bow or introduction to our home. Left to enter property as doors were unlocked.

Once you are in, they do not care. Some things they promised would be done, were never done. Once they leave the development site, that is it, slow progress. Beautiful design but poor finishes, discovering more and more each day. Still have not completed a number of snags, promise to return and poof, like a puff of smoke, they were gone, never to be seen or heard from again.

Olivia & Laura have been so helpful throughout the process of reserving our home. They made buying our first home a lot less daunting than we expected by answering any questions we had and being thorough with the information they provided. Not to mention the excitement they had for us when reserving our plot was so sweet and made the whole process really special for us.

We attended the open day for the show home at Sherburn this afternoon. Sarah & David gave us a very warm welcome, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our son loved the treats! Sarah was lovely and made sure to include our son in any discussions aswell. The show home is the best we've seen, the attention to detail and top quality finish were very noticeable. It's nice to see something that's not just the usual run of the mill new build!

From start and finish Louise Fell at the Jackton site was brilliant! She always responded to questions and made the buying process smooth and enjoyable from day one (being English buyers in Scotland) we was worried that things would go bad as we only saw the house once before we moved in. She did videos and took pictures at each stage of the build and even did video call with us. It’s been a week since we moved in and it feel like a great community with Louise and Site manager Alec. They really cannot do enough for us! Not all sales reps will go above and beyond but Louise certainly has.

I would leave a 0 if I could , nothing but problems , terrible customer service , told us our issues would be rectified and still hadn’t happened , I have written so many emails to customer services and nothing is being done after 5 weeks , I am now looking into what I can do legally to get my issues sorted out , moving is a stressful time anyway but this is another level buy at your own risk if you want months of misery.

He was really good to talk to, he was open & approachable to ask whatever questions we had. He always holds a pleasant smile which helps the potential buyers in feeling confident about the development and the whole process.
