GoogleDon’t seem to be bothered once you buy the house and everything goes through. Been waiting for a reply back for nearly month now about mould we have around the skirting downstairs.

Recently viewed two properties at Greenlock Place and being a first time buyer I had alot of questions to get comfortable. Lewis was extremely helpful and patient with me from the get go. His pleasant personality and eagerness to help put me at ease and made the experience so much better. He was very thorough and provided alot of information to help us make the right decision and was always at hand to clear any queries I may have had. I am still going through the process of deciding the next step and am speaking to mortgage advisors but the quality service Lewis provided put me in good stead to take the leap this year hopefully!

Trustpilotmiss sold, rude staff!
Miss sold specification on a old heritage type house they are building @ Radford meadow development. Was promised a great specification and in reality you end up with bare minimum. STAFF are FULL of LIES and talk down to you and patronise you when you raise issues. Head office don't care, had the nerve to phone and ask if we could complete on our sale and move into temporary accommodation as the house won't be ready in time for completion. Wish we had agreed to purchase with another developer instead.

He was very knowledgeable about the site and local area which was super helpful as people who aren't from the local area. He was everything you would expect from someone when making such a big purchase as a new house.

Recently I've had urgent issues with plumbing and a door not locking, Avant did an excellent job especially Shelby, in getting technicians out immediately to resolve the issues. The locksmith came out Sunday as soon as I reported the issue, Matthew the locksmith also did an excellent job.

Because of incorrect road markings/signage, my wife had a car accident near the Avant Homes Ambretone Park development. The Council informed us the road was under Avant’s responsibility so we contacted Avant to claim back the cost of damage to our car. After an initial email response there has been no further contact despite repeated emails and phone calls. They seem to be ignoring me hoping I’ll drop the claim.

We are possibly not far ahead enough with our sale at this stage, but will keep in touch about other plots we looked at (Plot 242?) near the green space.
