GoogleWe used Austin and Roe to find a tenant for our property, they also provided all the checks and vetting on our behalf. The service that they provided was very professional, personable and friendly with constant updates from all of the team throughout the search. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again 10/10.

FacebookSam and her team were excellent and very helpful in the purchase of the property. Through some difficult times they were professional and nothing was too much trouble. Not that we intend on moving anytime soon but when we do, they will certainly have our business. Thankyou all and as soon as we are able due to the restrictions we'll call down to thankyou all personally.

Now that you have searched for a local Estate Agent to Stone in Staffordshire, please do not look any further. Having delt with many Estate Agents in the past, we have finally found a service that means that we will no longer look elsewhere for the services that they offer. The team at Austin and Roe take much of the weight off of your shoulders when making a purchase/sale with their knowledge and experience. Thank you all at Austin and Roe for allowing 'silly questions' to be asked and providing a clear and confident answer - and for being an Estate Agent that actually calls you back when they say they will!

Extremely happy with how efficiently and professionally our move was dealt with. The staff at Austin & Roe were all friendly and were very helpful at such a stressful time. We had a few minor issues within the property but these were rectified within days and the agent kept us in the loop at every step of the way. Austin & Roe are by far the best agent I have had to date! I cannot recommend enough from a tenants prospective. Fabulous to have full confidence in a company after such a dreadful experience with other agents. We can’t thank you enough for helping us on our journey to find and the most lovely home for our family along side great rates and full support when we needed it. Amazing

GoogleI have, in the past used other estate agents to provide a let only service for my properties however I have to say that the professionalism shown by Sam and her colleagues has been far superior to anything experienced in the past The key things for me are communication good or bad or nothing to report, clarity and completing on time Austin and Roe have certainly delivered in all these areas and I will be employing their services in the future as the need arises and I can highly recommend them to other landlords

GoogleAustin & Roe have been very proactive throughout the whole process of selling my property. The advertising is great, especially if you opt for the virtual graphics of your whole house. The whole team is made up of professionals who communicate clearly with each other. Michelle Latham has managed my sale extremely efficiently, leaving no stone unturned. She has followed up and clarified every bit of information needed, for myself to make a confident and informed decision about offers made on my property. I would definitely recommend using this excellent estate agents.

Go out of their way to ensure a smooth and hassle free transfer and transaction of the property. We have sold one house with Austin & Roe and are in the process of selling the other one too with them. Communication is excellent, which is very important to be kept up to date and fully informed with each stage of the sale. I really can't recommend Austin & Roe highly enough. I would reccomend Austin and Roe to anyone. They cannot do enough for you. The team are outstanding nothing is to much trouble. You are treated so well all the way through your new adventure. I would use this company again and again. I looked at my property on a Sunday and had the keys on Thursday this is exceptional service. I would like to Thank each and everyone of the team.
