GoogleOver the years I have purchased and sold a number of properties and I can say from experience I have had varying problems/experiences along the way and I'm sure we all have? however I can say my journey on selling my last property with Austin & Roe as been exceptional from day one they have made me feel special and take time out to make me feel at ease through every step of the way of the process and as we all know there are a couple of things that are stressful in life and to mention a few are child birth, buying a new car and selling and buying a house, there staff will take time out to and explain this every step of the way. I cannot fault any of the staff and I would of course like to thank all the team for their help and support fully recommend a visit to the team at Austin & Roe if you are looking to buy or sell your property . thank you team .

GoogleI have had the best renting experience yet, thanks to Anna at Austin and Roe. Relocating involves relying on local knowledge with agent integrity, and Anna showed she had that. Anna listened, understood, and cared about my needs, advising me accordingly. Her professional can do attitude makes all communications easy and positive as she finds solutions to queries. Anna is quick to respond to emails, is supportive, approachable, and I only wish all letting agents were this human!
We are so pleased you have been happy with Anna’s level of service. It’s great to hear our customers are happy .

GoogleI moved to Stone in September 2021 and had the great good fortune of working with Austin & Roe. I moved into a beautiful furnished two bedroom flat at the top of High Street. Austin &Roe have been fabulous landlords! Whenever I had a concern, large or small they responded immediately in an efficient and genial manor. The building is well maintained and the other tenants have been well vetted, making for an enjoyable place to call home for the past two years. Thank you to everyone at Austin & Roe! The best!!!

YellNever again
I used them in 2019 ..never again More interested in looking good in social media than selling property..especially if a lower priced one . I didn't review at the time as the whole process made me ill . I went with DBROBERTS who found me a buyer in 2 weeks . Our seller was with A&R also and didn't have a good experience . Avoid

GoogleI recently rented a flat with Austin and Roe. They were professional and kind throughout the entire process, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my queries no matter how small. I primarily dealt with Anna who was a delight to work with. Staff went above and beyond to assist me during my move, as I was being exceptionally awkward due to working nights at the hospital. I can’t thank them enough!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
