GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience. They went above and beyond at every part of our journey to rent out our house as landlords for the first time. We were well supported from the outset and throughout with any problem, they were able to sort things and advise. We really could not have asked for anything more and would not hesitate to use their services again. Can' thank them enough for everything they have done for first time landlords during a COVID pandemic. Amazing.

GoogleI recently purchased a house through Austin & Roe. They were extremely helpful and friendly both on the ‘phone and in person at their office, and prompt to answer questions. Also, when I started ‘house hunting’ and it looked as if I wasn’t going to find a suitable property to buy straight away, they were the most helpful of all the Agents I spoke to about looking for short term lets. I’m very happy to recommend them.

I was especially impressed by Anna when she took the time to respond to an email enquiry of mine on a Saturday night, I was anticipating a reply during normal office hours on Monday but I was very impressed when I received a reply within minutes on a Saturday evening.... outstanding! GoogleWe've dealt with Austin & Roe (Stone) on many occasions, using them to both buy and sell our property and now even rent. Over the years we've got to know the whole team and have always received great service, professional advice & good communication. Most importantly we've always felt really valued as a customer !!. We would always (and have done) recommend them to friends. We've just finalised the rental process on a property that was a little bit more personal to me. Anna looked after the whole process (Applications, Agreements etc) brilliantly. I certainly presented her with a few challenges but rather than hit me with barriers she tried to find solutions, so I special thank you to Anna for this !!!!

We have experience with several local estate agents and Austin and Roe were by far the easiest to work with. I think the fact that they are local and independent allows them to stay very grounded in terms of the service they provide. They are really pleasant and accommodating but always professional. They listened as well as advised. They pushed the sale along helpfully when needed. The sales process was conducted very efficiently; all arrangements concluded punctually and as promised. GoogleShocking. This viewing was arranged for an elderly relative having to travel some distance to view the property. Contact person was very friendly BUT Arrange to view a property and was told a confirmation email would be sent. It wasn’t! No big deal mistakes happen. So I sent an email to confirm details and time of visit. Received a very pleasant reply thanking me and again told a confirmation email would come. It never did even 4 days later. Day of the appointment 20 minutes before the agreed time. I received a very apologetic phone call asking if the viewing could be delayed 30 minutes because they were having a bad day. Not great but these things happen. 50 minutes later, time of rearranged viewing get another apologetic phone call they cannot find the key so a viewing would not be possible. Elderly relatively now completely stressed out and total confused of what’s going on. Can’t help but also think about the poor people paying them for this service.NegativeQuality

The virtual 360 degree tour of my property was superb, and it is a great tool, especially in today’s climate, where physical viewings may be difficult.
