We’ve spent months looking and we’ve been at put at ease for no hidden costs like other companies. We have used the solicitors and mortgage advisors recommended by Ashberry homes and they have also been great.

Our journey with Ashberry Homes has been brilliant and stress free. I would like to thank Lisa the sales advisor at Willow Fields in Hoo Rochester and James the site manager for all their help and hard work. From the initial stage of getting an appointment to view their show room, Lisa was so efficient and friendly and always ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you Lisa and James, you have made our house buying process so stress free and exciting. We have now moved into our new home andwe will highly recommend Ashberry homes to other buyers.

I would absolutely recommend Ashberry Homes. We are yet to complete but my review is based on the initial appointment and follow up from Ashberry.Mark at Royal Retreat Bicester is fantastic and provides an update on the status of the build.Always responsive to emails and calls. I look forward to finalising our home and will provide further updates once move is completed.All in all, so far so good.

Amazing service when purchasing the property, Heather and Rachael (from Thorn Road, Houghton Regis) were really positive and helpful when we were making final decisions. Heather in particular was so patient when my partner and I were choosing looks for the house (tiles flooring etc). I would say the only negative was that my partner and I had been looking at a set properties/ plots since August, but the plots we wanted hadn’t been released until Nov/Dec. However, even though we were subscribed to the set of plots/properties we hadn’t been informed that the properties/plots had become available, which caused a worry between us for 4/5 months.I felt that I was being persistent (annoying) ringing the line at Houghton Regis with no answer, it was only until I rang the head office did I eventually get a call back.But I really couldn’t fault the positive experience we had once we did reserve a property and all the extra help we received- thank you so much, we are so excited and grateful for all the help.

The sales team manager Peter was very helpful, cheerful and explained the system well. Safety due to covid concerns was well organised and observed. I was taken to see an equivalent home mid build and a slightly higher spec in show home. Other members of the team were efficient with messages and always polite and receptive. Once the plot was reserved the ongoing communication was also excellent.Well done to the team and thank you!

Went to the Chalk Field development and the service was amazing. Heather took as around the development and spent quality time with us. We went on to reserve a property and I must say Ashberry homes are amazing quality and certainly worth the price. Can wait to exchange and call the chalk field development home.

Were overall happy with the house, but every neighbour we've spoke to agrees the fences have been done to a poor standard. We've had a bowing fence we've been trying to get fixed since August 3rd, which still hasn't been sorted almost 2 months later.Dealing with customer care has been a dreadful experience, we've had to make over 40 phone calls, had 3 no call no shows from the contractor before finally turning up, agreeing that its not right and needs fixing but that he'll need to discuss with customer care. Emails and voicemails go ignored with customer care, and for the last 3 days we haven't even been able to get a hold of anyone by phone.Not sure what else we can do at this point other than warn others about the dreadful aftercare you're likely to receive.
