GoogleWe decided to go to Arnold Keys to sell our property as they have a very reliable reputation however we truly felt they went the extra mile encouraging us when we felt the situation was impossible due to the uncertainty of the site next to us. Sally Smith pulled out all the stops and did not let this deter her from finding us a buyer for which we are very grateful so thank you Sally

GoogleGood professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.

GoogleFrom a tenant perspective as soon as they have your money their service is done. Very poor experience with Arnold Keys in Norwich - in the two instances I have had contact with them their level of customer service has been shocking.

GoogleThe team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold’s Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers. We agreed a sale within 10 days of marketing and exchanged in just under 6 weeks. We would highly recommend Arnold’s Keys.

GoogleI have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! Also to add they keep very stringent measures to keep their premises COVID secure and at the dame time ensuring the customer service meets the standards! Would like to wish you all the very best and do keep up the good work!

GoogleA huge thank you to Paul, Christina and Sherrie for helping us to get through such a stressful moving experience. We found them to be highly professional, yet friendly and so helpful and completely 'on it' in terms of progressing our move. So glad we had them acting for us. Whilst we hope we don't move again for a very long time, we would definitely choose Arnolds Keys again.

GoogleAvoid at all costs, it's amazing that they have managed to keep it open, these people surely can't even run on a treadmill let alone run a estate agents. Absolute for circus.

GoogleI am a mother of two children who are currently in maternity and this agency does not accept income from maternity this is very revolting for a mother who is in the maternity to care for her children does not have the rights staff of this agency is very arrogant and does not help you in clear explanation.
