GoogleIf I can recommend an Estate agent it would 1000% be Arnold keys, - Me and my partner had been looking for properties to rent for 3 months + With poor service from other estate agents. but when we Viewed with Arnold keys Not only were they responsive with their Viewing enquiry but they made the whole Process Quick easy and stress Free! We have now moved in to our new home because of Arnold Keys! NORWICH Branch, and are very happy - and I have to also say their aftercare service is stupidly Quick! by the time you have emailed or called them... next thing you know your request has been action with no Fuss or mess about. - I also Want to want to give a big shout out to DAISY EGMORE....for being so Helpful in our journey. Thanks again.

GoogleWe were looking for a home for my little children(4)n(1), during a pandemic. We went through a process of getting a home and found doing everything paperwork wise at home on our own too overwhelming and we don't have a printer/scanner, I tried getting help but not a lot anyone can help with...so we gave up our home and hope Arnold Keys can help when they allow people to come in store again and when covid has calmed down. "GO AWAY Covid!!"

GoogleWe decided to go to Arnold Keys to sell our property as they have a very reliable reputation however we truly felt they went the extra mile encouraging us when we felt the situation was impossible due to the uncertainty of the site next to us. Sally Smith pulled out all the stops and did not let this deter her from finding us a buyer for which we are very grateful so thank you Sally

GoogleGood professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.

GoogleFrom a tenant perspective as soon as they have your money their service is done. Very poor experience with Arnold Keys in Norwich - in the two instances I have had contact with them their level of customer service has been shocking.

GoogleThe team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold’s Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers. We agreed a sale within 10 days of marketing and exchanged in just under 6 weeks. We would highly recommend Arnold’s Keys.

GoogleI have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! Also to add they keep very stringent measures to keep their premises COVID secure and at the dame time ensuring the customer service meets the standards! Would like to wish you all the very best and do keep up the good work!
