GoogleAmazing service, Particularly Christina who showed dedication, enthusiasm and an amazing ability to ensure that third parties such as solicitors did not become complacent and slow the process down. All staff at Arnolds Keys made me feel confident and showed, as they knew the sale of my home was a particularly difficult decision to make.

GoogleFrom the very beginning Paul and Christina and the rest of the Holt Arnolds Keys team have been open, honest and have only had our interests at heart. We never felt pressured throughout the whole experience to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Great support and advice all the way. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of buying or selling to give them a call.

GoogleWe used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left. Can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleThey are very polite, professional, good value for money and great in communicating with you. I have bought and sold with Arnold Keys in Cromer and I wouldn't go past them and highly recommend the team in Cromer.

GoogleVery unprofessional, emailed them to arrange a viewing, when they phoned me they told me I was unable to view the property as the vendor had a clause that the potential purchaser must have sold their house, fair enough had no issue with that. They also advised me it was a bit remote, as if I hadn’t done my research on the area prior to booking an appointment. They never once asked me for any details of my requirements, contact details to see if they could interest me in another property they had on their books or help me in my search, just let me ring off, losing a potential customer. I have since emailed back as my circumstances have changed so I am ready to move quickly, no contact or response what so ever. Would never purchase anything from this estate agent (would rather lose the house) as fills me with no confidence what so ever to do dealings with them, first impressions count, the impression was poor customer service, if you purchased a property via this agent I’m sure you would have to do all the chasing to see what stages you were at, as communication looks as if it scares them. They must have enough business to let customers slip through their fingers, happy days for other estate agents if they can get it right. Be warned I’m not the first person to give a poor review.

GoogleIf you need an estate agent in Norwich, then use Arnold Keys. I used them to sell my mothers house and they did everything for me from viewings with prospective buyers to progress chasing final contract exchange. I was frequently and regularly updated on progress; the communication and feedback was excellent. from the friendly and competent staff, all are brilliant, Chrissy was amazing..

GoogleA cut above the rest , A pleasure doing business with Christina Mallinder Senior Negotiator & Branch Manager Paul Sullivan , very Professional Honest Genuine efficient Team, They kept me informed & up to date though to a successful sale , Returned my calls promptly , Nothing was to trouble even spoke to my solicitor on my behalf, they kept close contact with the whole chain at all times , I have bought & sold several times in my life and can honestly say this team as the song says are Simply the Best .

GooglePaul, Christina and team have been amazing! Great communication, never felt the need to chase and always received updates keeping us up to date. Christina and Paul really connected all parties solicitors ensuring the sale was on track and never lost momentum. All I can say is they absolutely earn their money. Using a local estate agent definitely saw us receiving a better experience than friends using national/city based estate agents. If we sold again in the future would always return... actually would never consider any other estate agent! Thanks again Andy & Martin.

FacebookI have been charged £200 to paint 1 room, I didn’t even have a chance to sort it myself. Someone moved in before my contract was finished. Demanded the keys back to show people round and then didn’t even bother to call me with they were taking the money, I rang multiple times to find out what was going on and no one, NO ONE even bothered to call me back even tho I was promise they would on the same day or next day. No one seems to know what the basic procedures are telling different things everytime. Don’t go to this company they seem to only care about getting money and nothing else.

GoogleUnprofessional and slow in simple terms. Never reassured if they are actually helping me or just trying to sell it on to someone else. Their commercial side is just terrible with no get up and go attitude but rather just dragging along their heels because they clearly don't want to deal with it.
All feedback is greatly appreciated James, so thank you for taking the time to comment. We are conscious that your experience has not been of the standard we would normally aspire to and for this we apologise. We will investigate the points raised and where necessary, staff training will be implemented.
