GoogleVery disappointing - our property evaluation appointment was cancelled at very short notice with a lame excuse ! Unprofessional & doesn't give a very good message to a potential customer .

GoogleThe staff are a nightmare to talk to on the phone and talk down to you. I rented for a year and thank god I have left that branch. Awful company. I got locked in my own house as the door handle broke, and they didnt see it as an emergency and I had work to go to.

GoogleGreat company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people! The representative is always in touch (thanks, Joe!). If something breaks, be it a window frame or a kitchen faucet, an agency representative will always help. From the moment I viewed the flat and until today, I have only positive emotions! I look forward to further cooperation with this company!

GoogleArnolds Keys were really helpful and very professional throughout our purchase. They were happy to get involved and help chase things up when they seemed to get stuck, and we’re very accommodating with arranging additional visits to the property while the purchase went through. Would recommend Josh and Fleur to anyone else!
