GoogleAnthony Pepe had part managed my property for 7 years & as a Landlord I was always impressed with their professional approach, excellent communication & seeing the general pleasure they took in the work they do & the service they provided. GoogleAnthony Pepe are always very responsive and very clear with their communications, including quotes for any work required. This is crucial for a landlord, especially when unforeseen problems like leaks happen and we need a quick response. This is very much appreciated by myself and my wife as landlords and by our tenants, a family with 3 children.

After the sale was initially agreed, there were a number of tricky hurdles to get through (as it wasn't a straightforward transaction) - The sales team were very proactive in troubleshooting and finding solutions (including liaising directly with various third parties) in order to get the deal over the line. Very quick to reply and easy to communicate with them, which was helpful on a transaction that had a few unexpected twists.
