GoogleGoing to have to give them 1 star because they use HomeLet for referencing. Humiliating referencing process. Me and my partner had the exact same job, at the same company, same positive landlord reference and same clean credit file. They passed me in 12 hours, and they took 6 whole days carrying out extra checks on her, really trying hard to find a reason to fail her. They finally used the excuse that she didn't provide the February bank statement. Morons. February statements aren't available until the 12th of March. We are considering a lawsuit as they publicly humiliated her infront of the estate agent, landlords and several others. We will see the SAR report first before taking legal action. Oh and they refused to give me the property despite passing the HomeLet reference process. So I was penalised because someone else unrelated to me failed their reference. Classy. Fair. I could have afforded the property solo as I make 60k. HomeLet painted my partner as some Nigerian fraudster which was highly embarrassing, and I can't wait for the defamation lawsuit against HomeLet.

GoogleWe recently bought a house through Nasia at Anthony Pepe and were impressed with the service we received. We were always able to get hold of Nasia when we needed her and she was very communicative, explaining things clearly and facilitating our discussions with the seller.

GoogleWe were lucky to meet Anna when we went in to Pepe Anthony in person after seeing a flat on Rightmove. Anna showed us the flat we first spotted as soon as she got keys, this first flat wasn't quite right for us but Anna got a great idea of what we wanted. Anna then showed us to our perfect flat a week or so later. She got us in for first viewing and aided us through the negotiation and signing phase. Anna was calm, kind and very organised and reassuring. We really appreciated her style and expertise. Thanks Anna! We also had a great experience with Abigail who then helped further with checking us in to the flat. Top!

GoogleI recently worked with Maria on a purchase in N15 - Maria was excellent; always on the ball and good at liaising between the solicitors, sellers and I. It became quite a protracted sale but Maria was there to push things along at each stage. I highly recommend working with them. Thank you Maria (and the rest of the team).

GoogleDealing with Anthony Pepe was stress free. I found a flat to rent online, contacted them and within 2 days I had seen the flat and put my deposit down with no hassle. All of the paperwork was dealt with very quickly and agent Anna was very helpful throughout. Would use Anthony Pepe again in future.

GoogleHighly recommend Anthony Pepe, N13 for sales. We got quotes from several agents & whilst they were all much of a muchness, Kris' sales pitch had me convinced. Andrea was fantastic when it came to handling what was a very difficult sale & without her efforts I think it could all have possibly fallen through right at the last minute. Now months later I've gone back to ask Kris for something in relation to it all & he remembered all the details immediately and was only too happy to help. Great team.

GoogleI have to say that Stephanie from Anthony Pepe has been absolutely wonderful. She's been really fast, responsive and very helpful in communications. Especially after I had spoken to extreamly rude man on the phone that didn't want to help me at all, even though I was stil under a one year contract I had signed and payed a lot of money for. An expeience can be really different with depending on who you talk to. I'd recomend you try to have Stephanie as a point of contact if you are signing up with Anthony Pepe.
