I had LOTS of bad experiences with estate agents in both London and New York in the past. so going into a sale of my own property, i was dreading the prospects, and was planning to interview and advertise with multiple agents, especially since my situation was very challenging and i needed to sell fast, having to move to another continent very quickly and put my home on the market and trust the agents to resolve it for me while being so far away. But i was lucky that the first agent i met was Tim, who impressed me not only by his knowledge, but also sophistication in behavior that gave me the confidence to choose Anthony Peppe as my sole agent and completely entrust the process to Tim while i already moved out of the country. On top of this, my buyer was also a very nice person, but had a very slow lawyer, so there was lots of uncertainty for me whether they would go through causing some stress... During this whole process Tim managed all sides very professionally and tactfully, with lots of sensibility and intelligence. AP were very efficient from the beginning, organizing very high quality photography and advertising for my apartment and were very responsive during the whole process. I can offer only my highest recommendation for Tim and AP they strike me as way above the standard of London estate agents i worked with in the past...

(Zero stars) The worst incapable bunch of shysters you could ever imagine. Basic levels of communication non existent. They lied to our landlord, they took our money and misled us the tennants. Disgraceful behaviour and shocking 'service' - we the tennants had no room for recourse sadly and they abused their position

I would like it to be known that we have been completely satisfied with the service we received in selling our flat in Highbury Stadium Square. From the first day when I sought several valuations and Tim was professional, friendly, realistic and thorough (and comes from Lincolnshire!!), there was no contest from other agents. Having decided to sell with Anthony Pepe, Tim has always been available for totally honest advice and support. We quickly received a good offer and I was at first concerned at losing minute by minute contact with Tim when we were told that a sales progression manager would look after us, but Andrea has been absolutely brilliant. What can I say? She has shown amazing attention to detail and always responded to emails and calls immediately in a reassuring and professional way.
