Thanks to everyone (in sales and letting) who has helped me. Due to my Father's illness and then passing I used just about all the services you offer; selling, renting and then selling! I was given excellent advice regarding how to sell the property and loads of recommendations; solicitor, house clearer and house cleaner. I do not live near and Anthony Pepe's managing of the house and showing over 40 people was invaluable. Everyone was very sensitive to the fact that my Father was ill and then died and that it was a much loved family home. Communication was key and I was kept well informed throughout. You have all been wonderful, very professional and extremely reliable.

Andy made everything feel very smooth on the estate agent front of our flat purchase. He was always very responsive and answered our many questions. He was also patient with us being a bit clueless at times as first time buyers.

Sold our flat through Anthony Pepe. Standout service from the start with Dimitri’s valuation through to Andy getting it across the line (share of freehold took longer than expected). Friendly professionals who we can highly recommend!

Avoid this company as they allow their staff to abuse women and children. If you dont believe me go check a video of their manager Gavyn Fresco doing this in broad daylight

I do not recommend this estate agent. Worst customer service / onward communication between parties we have ever experienced in our lives and in the end we had to escalate our complaint to The Property Redress Scheme.

I would love to leave a 5 star review for Anna and the team. Anna was incredibly attentive and helpful to my many questions and emails. She was diligent in helping us locate the correct properties for our budget and needs - she was able to make a chaotic process manageable and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome - would 100 % recommend Anna and this Anthony Pepe.

Gavyn managed the sale of our late mum’s house. He dealt with us sensitively and at the same time with good humour which made the experience much easier. Always professional and kept in touch regularly. Hugely grateful to you Gavyn, thank you.
