GoogleNasia at Antony Pepe was brilliant throughout the whole buying process. With lots of hurdles and unexpected problems throughout, she chased other parties continuously to ensure the process kept moving and she was always swift to respond to email and contacted us regularly by phone to check in. She was the most positive part of our first time buying experience!

GoogleThe Haringey Green Lanes team handled both our sale and we also bought through them. The sale was a dream and exceeded our expectations. The purchase was a little more tricky but they stepped up and handled some difficult situations admirably. Recommended.

GoogleReally quick and smooth process for rent our dreamed house. We saw the house last week, tomorrow we will get our keys. Also, what they have for rent, looks amazing and good condition. We are really happy also because we were with the same agency for few years and for us it has been a big change. Recommended so far.

GoogleThe agency has improved a lot in the last year. We felt quite neglected when we first started renting a property through Anthony Pepe, but in the last year, particulary my experience with Stephanie Stavrou, it has been a great. Stephanie is very helpful, organised, quick to get back and always switched on with what's going on in the property.

GoogleAnthony Pepe and in particular Paolo Lusardi our agent was most helpful when it came to purchasing our first property in Highbury. They kept on top of exchanges between the seller and our solicitors to ensure the processes was moving, and were very knowledgeable about the local area and the property itself. Would highly recommend them to all.

GoogleRecommended unreservedly! I have used Anthony Pepe variously - to rent and sell my property, and also to buy another. They are reliable, expert communicators, punctual and very pleasant to deal with. I've always found them reasonable and willing to go the extra mile in difficult situations. All their staff are wonderful but in particular Nasia Ambriosiou showed a great sensitivity to the stresses of selling property and stepped in repeatedly when the solicitors failed to communicate.

GoogleWe found our perfect flat in Anthony Pepe through Rightmove. We send an email to them and we saw the flat at the same day! . We were so lucky to meet Anna, she showed us the flat and she understood our needs from the first time. We loved the flat but it was a bit expensive for us, after few weeks of negotiations we reached an aggreement with the landlord. We are more than sure that was thanks to Anna, she was very helpful since we met her, she understood our needs and situation. I would highlight she is very friendly, polite and professional therefore it was easy to feel safe with her.

GoogleAfter almost a year of unsuccessfully trying to sell our property, in which we moved between three key local estate agencies, we eventually signed with a fourth, Anthony Pepe, who genuinely proved to be more proactive, efficient and sincere than all the previous three combined. The sense of having a team there, all genuinely pushing for us was clearly palpable, and ultimately when it came to getting results they more than delivered - constantly finding and bringing viewing parties to the property and securing buyers. When one buyer fell through they went out of their way to replace them, which they did quickly, ensuring that we did not lose our dream home at the other end of the chain. Customer service was second to none and we never ever felt ignored or that we weren't anything other than a top priority for the team at all times. Everyone worked very hard for us but Aaron Gardener in particular was a pleasure to deal with - we owe him everything! highly recommended.

Friendly, responsive and professional and always helpful and knowledgeable about what can be a complicated business. I would recommend both landlords and tenants to use them.
