We didn't have a good experience selling (or failing to sell) with Anthony Pepe. Whilst I'd never blame an agent for a flat market, I would expect a good level of service at the very least. We had endless issues with them failing to get the listing right and making us feel like we were being difficult for asking them to ensure it was correct. I don't feel that the staff member showing our house had any understanding of period houses and how to show them. We eventually changed to another agent in Palmers Green, where we received excellent service, securing many viewings, several offers and a sale in very short order.

AnthonyPepe and on their name Nasia Ambrosiou has been a life saver to me. I’ve just sold my investment property with them, and thanks to Nasia I was able to go through the whole process when I was running out of patience and stamina. She was the one who did the job rather than the Solicitor, who wasn’t reachable at times, she was always ready to help at the other end of the line, emails or texts. I would highly recommend her to sell your property. You will be in very good hands.

The agency has improved a lot in the last year. We felt quite neglected when we first started renting a property through Anthony Pepe, but in the last year, particulary my experience with Stephanie Stavrou, it has been a great. Stephanie is very helpful, organised, quick to get back and always switched on with what's going on in the property.

I cannot praise Anthony Pepe Estate Agents and, in particular, our wonderful agent ' Paolo Lusardi enough ! Paolo consistently kept in touch with us , was so friendly and helpful he made the difficult process of moving home as straight forward and stress free as was possible . His cheery persona and his tenacity without making us feel pressured was the perfect pitch and his efficiency was second to none. Anthony Pepe and in particular Paolo Lusardi our agent was most helpful when it came to purchasing our first property in Highbury. They kept on top of exchanges between the seller and our solicitors to ensure the processes was moving, and were very knowledgeable about the local area and the property itself. Would highly recommend them to all.

Most unprofessional agency in my opinion. They showed me a property on the 19h of December. I was the first to see it. I immediately said I'd take it. They then continued to show the property to a number of other people that day and apparently procured a few offers. They then asked me to up my offer, which I did and then I never heard from them again! I'll never use them again on principle and I will never recommend using them.
