GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Anthony Pepe. Maria Zorlakkis managed to get my sale over the line even during lockdown, which was an extremely tough task. I had confidence in her all the way and she didn't let us down. I now know where to go when selling my next home :)

GoogleAnthony Pepe as an agency was admirable right the way throughout the selling process, most especially Mina Gadelrab. This was particularly the case when there were problems with the sale of the flat and with the lease and a freeholder that lives in Cyprus. This was made even more difficult with the Covid-19 lockdown. However Mina was terrific; persistent and dogged (chasing three sets of solicitors who needed great deal of pushing), honest, efficient and very good at communicating. I could not recommend this agency more highly.

GoogleAnna Molczan-Gierczak at the Green Lanes branch is amazing. Both professional and personal. Its so rare to find a letting agent who genuinely has your best interest at heart. She got me the flat i wanted to rent and has done so much for me. As a first time renter she guided me through the process seemlessly and i have to say if i ever need help in any future moves i will seek her out! I wish all Property Consultants could be like her. I also would like to state that the whole of the Green Lanes branch are professional and very helpful with any query or request. I couldn't have hoped for a better first experience. I WILL recommend them to anyone who is in need of this service. I hope the owner of Anthony Pepe sees this, she's a real asset to you. I wish you well for the future Anna! Natasha

GoogleAnthony Pepe have been outstanding from start to finish of what has been (through no fault of their own) an extremely long and difficult house sale. Aaron managed to sell our house no less than four times during this process after several chains fell through. His determination and kindness throughout the process, as well as the support provided by the excellent, efficient office team and management has been incredible. One of the (many!) buyers he secured even said to us directly how Aaron was the best agent, in terms of showing them around our property and his knowledge of it, that they had ever come across. We cannot thank the team at Anthony Pepe enough for making our dream move a reality and we highly recommend them.

GoogleSold my house using Mina. He did a great job in finding us a buyer and managing the whole process. There were some issues with the solicitors from the other people in the chain. He was great in chasing them up and keeping things moving. When there were any issues, he was pro active at finding solutions. Also great in dealing with people. When he was on holiday, Andy would take over and he did a great job in keeping things moving forward. I would highly recommend Mina and Andy when selling your property.

GoogleI've just bought a lovely flat in Winchmore Hill with Maria Zorlakkis' help. It took a smooth, straightforward 8 weeks from offer accepted to moving in. I can't recommend Maria highly enough; her knowledge, patience and professionalism is outstanding. She went out of her way to make this sale possible during challenging times. Thank you very much, Anthony Pepe!

In my 10 years of renting, I've always felt frustrated and tricked with estate agents but with Pepe, it's been very relaxing. Thank you especially to Loui who has been very patient with our needs, even though we've been annoying due to covid-19 complications! What a guy! I'm genuinely pleased, relieved and feel like i'm in good hands. Also, the house is real nice with a charming summer garden. Going to celebrate this evening with some champagne.. alright maybe just prosecco. Luisa

GoogleWe didn’t have a good experience to rent a flat via this agency. We was waiting for decision 22 days instead of 5 and their referencing company requested our landlord to send a 2 references and didn’t accept none of them. Also we was always straggling to get updates from our line agent. I would not recommend this agency.

GoogleI used Anthony Pepe to buy a small studio in London and the estate agent was Maria Zorlakkis. As is usual in every conveyance, there were a number of unforeseen glitches and problems with the solicitors involved. Originally intended to go through within a few weeks maximum, it stretched out to over six months. There were numerous occasions when Maria was able to get aspects of the conveyance moving more quickly than they were. She also realised that the problems we were having with my lawyer needed to be escalated to his management before I did. Her e-mails meant that he was changed. I suspect that, without her involvement, the sale may well have fallen through. She was very good at following up on whether the parties had actually done what they said they were going to do. Again, this probably saved countless days off the conveyance. I found her very calm and professional with me, courteous and knowledgeable. That said, she doesn't shy away from being very direct when need be. As I noted earlier, we had significant problems with my lawyer, and when things really came to a head she sent an e-mail stating "This is the most shocking experience I have had with a conveyancer ever." And, to be fair, this did need to be said. And she was right, when management reviewed the file, he was immediately removed. I was very happy with the service and think you'll be in safe hands.

GoogleStefan was fantastic, he instantly understood what me and my wife were looking for and within hours we had secured a great property within our range. He was professional and prompt with paperwork, and very knowledgeable with regulations etc. As a company we are very pleased with how everything was handled from initial meeting to weeks after we had moved into the property. Their extensive online service and extremely useful mobile app adds the final icing on the cake.

GoogleI unexpectedly found myself having to enter the rental market after more than 20 years, and I was looked after fantastically well by Loui and the Anthony Pepe lettings team. All communications were polite, professional and timely. All my questions were answered courteously at all times, and at no point did I feel pressured into making any decisions that weren't right for me. I was given excellent information at every step of the process, and was assisted and supported all the time. From the tenant's perspective, I can highly recommend this estate agency.

GoogleThe lettings manager, Loui, at Harringay has been absolutely exceptional. My friends and I were struggling to find a three bedroom furnished house at our desired price range. Loui showed us a recently renovated, part furnished four bed. Unfortunately, it was over budget for the three of us. But, Loui acted as a negotiator with the landlords to come up with an affordable rent agreement so that the three of us could move in. In addition, on move in day, not only did he and another colleague help us move but he arranged for some additional furniture to be delivered. I never write reviews but Loui is so deserving of the 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a place or looking to get your place rented especially in the current economy! GoogleDealt with the sale of our flat very professionally and efficiently - and with good communication throughout the process. We had previously tried to sell through a different agent and not got very far at all - so were impressed with AP's approach and the result we got through them.
