GoogleWe have recently purchased a property in Haringey with the support of Anthony Pepe. Throughout the whole process they have been extremely quick to respond and engage, kept us up to date on progress and very professional. They took away a lot of hassle in terms of managing the chain and getting us to a successful purchase. GoogleWhen I listed my flat for sale I didn't realise we'd all be in lockdown 6 weeks later. Before it hit, Andrew and team got a good amount of viewings quickly and I valued his advice on the market conditions and realistic prices. Through the chaos of COVID they were able to find a second potential buyer in a matter of weeks and Ari and Andy were great in getting it to the point of exchange. Would recommend to anyone.

GoogleDuring the complete lockdown starting in march 2020 we did not get a penny from these people.. it is a 3 bedroom flat and was told 4 people maximum only are allowed to live in my property.we were also told they all work and there will not be a problem. Due to covid 19 they all lost there jobs My neighbours would call us everyday for 6 months as the tenants had all lost there jobs and were now having parties and shouting and screaming singing until the early hours of the morning We had photos sent to us to show at least 10 people living there. It was reported to the local council by ourselves . The council said it is a HMO situation where tt is illegal to have so many people living there. I was told that we would have to pay £100 per person on top of the council tax. SEEKING LEGAL ADVICE AS THESE AGENTS SAID 4 PEOPLE WERE TO RENT THE PROPERTY BUT THERE ARE 8 TO 10 PEOPLE INSTEAD. CANNOT BELIEVE THE 5⭐ REVIEWS BEEN A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

GoogleThe lettings manager, Loui, at Harringay has been absolutely exceptional. My friends and I were struggling to find a three bedroom furnished house at our desired price range. Loui showed us a recently renovated, part furnished four bed. Unfortunately, it was over budget for the three of us. But, Loui acted as a negotiator with the landlords to come up with an affordable rent agreement so that the three of us could move in. In addition, on move in day, not only did he and another colleague help us move but he arranged for some additional furniture to be delivered. I never write reviews but Loui is so deserving of the 5 stars. I would recommend him to anyone looking to find a place or looking to get your place rented especially in the current economy!
