GoogleMy sister and I booked two viewings with Anthony Pepe for properties 5 minutes apart. We took the bus from the first to the second property, but the agent wasn't there. We waited 15 minutes before knocking on the door, hoping he was already inside. He wasn't, but the tenant insisted on inviting us in and showed us around. It was a totally different property from the one listed on the website/on Rightmove. Afterwards, when we were waiting outside for a taxi, the agent showed up - fully 25 minutes after our appointment time. He offered no explanation for his extreme lateness, and was rude and abrupt in his manner when we pointed out it wasn't the same property. Overall we were really unhappy with the service we received. Not only was the agent himself deeply unprofessional, but his behaviour could easily have put the current tenants (all women and children) at risk of letting strangers into their house. I had planned to continue our house search via Anthony Pepe but this experience means I won't be - and will be strongly advising other women who value their safety to avoid them too. EDIT: the manager called me very apologetic and said he would email me (since I was at work) to "really dig deep and get to the bottom of what happened here". 3 days later and still no email.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI bought my first property with the help of Aaron from Antony Pepe and was very happy with the experience. After enduring an unresponsive agent with a previous property that fell through dealing with Aaron was a breath of fresh air. He kept on top of everything and gave me regular updates, ultimately making sure that we the sale completed before the stamp duty deadline. The whole process was complete within 2.5 months. I have been using AP for several years to manage my properties and find them professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to assist: nothing is too much. In particular, Stephanie and her team reduce the stress of being a landlord and makes my life a lot easier. She co-ordinates and manages any issues that may arise and makes sure that the transition between old and new tenants is seamless. In particular, negotiating with tenants for damages and bring things to happy conclusion for all. GoogleAlthough We did not end up purchasing through Antony Pepe (the right house just didn’t come up) Aaron Gardner was fantastic. After viewing many properties over the last few months with various estate agents. Aaron was hands down the best, he was always knowledgeable and highly communicative. He would always call and follow up with us the next day and was working hard behind the scenes to try and get us the right property. Thank you again Aaron!

GoogleDuring the sale process, I have interacted with multiple members of staff, last but not least, Andy Loizou. Cannot credit him highly enough for his knowledge, efficiency, helpfulness and friendly demeanour. Overall I have really had a very positive experience with AP and would certainly recommend their services. Coming from someone who is a stickler for good customer service that's high praise indeed!

GoogleThe entire process was seamless, the agents viewed my property and advised me of all the pre-rental requirements. Clear and extremely competitive quotes were provided for the works needed and the works were completed in a timely manner. I was notified of all interested potential tenants together with their financial status etc and once suitable tenant were found, everything was taken care off including additional requests from the tenants. Since then, the ongoing management has been very efficient and all communication is clear and friendly and rent it reliably paid into my account each month. Fees are very competitive and to conclude, I couldn't be happier with the service received and I recommend Anthony Pepe wherever possible.
