GoogleVery pleased to have sold quickly for what we feel is a very reasonable price to very reasonable people. We liked the system employed by Anthony Pepe where the buyers are asked for a deposit to secure the property initially. It gave us a sense of security at a time when our family was going through bereavement as did the confident experienced and professional way that Anthony Pepe staff responded promptly to our needs.

GoogleReally happy dealing with Mark, Ceyda, Chris and the team at Anthony Pepe. Mark handled the sale of our property and we were really happy with the way he handled it and kept us updated. Coincidentally we also purchased through AP at the same time and Ceyda was good at getting us to view some great properties and handling our purchase. Great team and would recommend.

GoogleWe were really pleased with how smoothly our sale went through, thanks to Anthony Pepe. We had a photographer round on the Monday, our listing was up late Tuesday and we then had 17 viewings lined up for the Saturday! We went away for the weekend and by the following Tuesday we had 4 offers. The logistics alone would have been too much for us to take on ourselves and we felt we were in very safe, experienced, professional hands with Andy and Paulo. The advice on pricing was spot on and we took their advice on recommended solicitors, who also did a great job. We have already recommended Anthony Pepe to friends and would not hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe were very impressed with our experience with Andy Loizou at Anthony Pepe. We had previously tried to sell the flat with a different estate agents and hadn't had a very positive experience so we were nervous to embark on the process again but it was completely different experience with Andy. From the start Andy was really clear on his recommendations to ensure we successfully sold the property in the shortest amount of time possible, for a realistic price. Andy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and gave us good advice on pricing, while always supporting our decisions as the home owners. The photos taken / marketing was very high quality and all of this resulted in a high level of viewings and numerous offers on the table within a couple of weeks. We were thrilled! Throughout the sale process (which had it's inevitable challenges!) Andy was always extremely approachable, responsive and helpful in resolving any challenges we faced. We felt very well supported and looked after throughout and would strongly recommend Anthony Pepe to anyone looking to sell their property - thanks Andy!

GoogleFantastic service from the word go - they made it look easy. We initially met Mark Sivell who valued our property and he gave us some great advice on how to market it. Dealing with Mark was pretty easy and he found us a buyer and negotiated the sale within 11 days. Our file was then passed over to Maria. Mark was very, very, good but Maria Zorlakkis is an absolute superstar! Her communication was second to none, she replied and forwarded emails promptly, often after hours, answered our queries promptly and she couldn't have done any more. We've now moved out of the area but if were ever in Anthony Pepe's catchment area in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
