He has been really helpful in helping us find the ideal property. He is incredibly personable and flexible with regards to required adjustments. Throughout the closure, he maintained continuous communication and showed excellent responsiveness to all calls. Continue your fantastic effort! GoogleAmazing service from Matt who was quick to respond, detailed and friendly. Sent lots of options and was on time and in communication during viewings. As a queer woman sometimes I can dread going into viewings unsure how I will be received but Matt was amazing! We chose to look in a different area in the end but if I could have Matt as my personal estate man that would have suited me perfectly. Would recommend this estate agency to anyone looking in the area. And I’d ask for Matt if you can!

GoogleWe rented an apartment they delayed making a recommendation so that we would not be able to move out and pay for the rented apartment from their agency in the future. Later we found another apartment and resolved the issue with the recommendation without their participation. Then there were strange manipulations with deadlines that had to be paid additionally. It turned out that they had 33 days in August.😀 it turned out that instead of 7 days they calculated 9 days. Mold was forming in the apartment due to freezing of the floor. The agency indicated that the mold was dirt; they know better. The deposit refund amount has been agreed upon, but is not being returned. They simply ignore our letters and requests for the return of the deposit. Upd. The deposit was returned almost 3 months later. I demanded a refund of my deposit almost every day.
