GoogleI would like to thank Paul for his exceptional efficiency and speed in selling my property before it was officially advertised. His friendly and ever-helpful manner reduced the (inevitable) stress factor to an absolute minimum. As a result, we (husband and I) will be moving into our house in France this August and will be raising a glass to you and Anscombe & Ringland, an estate agent I would definitely recommend.

GoogleAnscombe & Ringland confounds your typical view of estate agents. I've been a tenant with them for two different properties and it's been a pleasure dealing with them on both occasions over the past couple of years. Jerome Walker especially has been proactive, diligent, helpful and super friendly in both tenancy negotiations. I can't recommend him enough. In fact have just signed up for a gorgeous new flat - can't wait for the celebratory cappucino! You'd be a fool not to use Anscombe & Ringland.

GoogleWe have been dealing with James who has provided us with excellent service. House purchasing is generally very stressful however James always went that extra mile throughout. James also provided us with regular updates which helped a lot. Overall, our experience with Anscombe & Ringland was very pleasent and James was outstanding throughout.

GoogleWe have moved internationally several times, so we have some experience on this. We were living in the United States when I was offered a job in the UK. I was asked to move during the Olympic games period, which meant I had no way to get a hotel or lease a house. We searched on the internet and found Anscombe & Ringland by accident. Among all websites we saw, this one was the most professional one. We contacted them and they responded in less than 24 hours with options for us. Our challenge was to get a landlord that could accept pets and they found one. We signed an agreement without having seen the flat before, so it was like a lottery: we could either get a good thing or a bad one. Unfortunately, we had no option because of the timing. If we had moved at another time, we would have booked a hotel and visit different properties with our real estate agent before choosing one. So there we go. We took our flight, got to London and picked up our keys. The building, the flat itself, everything was identical to the pictures we had seen. Everything was perfect. If we move again, we have no doubts we will hire their services again. Everybody at Anscombe & Ringland provided us with first class service and all paperwork was very simple and quick. Congratulations to all of them, especially Chris Michaelides, who was our real estate agent and made it possible for us to move to the UK very easily!

GoogleAlthough I never rented a property with Anscombe and Ringland I found the whole process of working with them very good. Vera Wang was professional and kept me up to date with new properties and she was always a delight to work with. I will definitely recommend her to others.

Excellent service throughout the whole process and Nicolas acted very professionally which made things run very smoothly. GoogleI had been looking for a flat for almost a month and had viewed more than 30 places none of which I liked. I was told I was very picky! I finally went to Anscombe and Ringlad and Jerome Colmans showed me the flat that I'm in at the moment. I have to say unlike many other agencies, after asking some questions, without wasting even a minute of my time, he showed me the exact place that was most suitable for me. More importantly, he helped me a lot through the contract and the whole process. He made everything simple although my case was in a crucial time and situation.

Whereas other agencies showed me places that did not fit the description of what I wanted, Jerome was very attentive and ensured that no time was wasted. I was also on a very strict time frame to find a flat, and once I decided on one he managed to get me in my new home in the matter of 2 days. Professional, attentive, and hard working, I would recommend hiring Jerome as your agent. It was refreshing dealing with him after the frustration of dealing with other agents from other agencies. He clearly understand my criterias and need . i would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a flat ! Now thanks to him i live in the perfect flat . GoogleEven though i did not find a property through Jerome, i felt it was important to say how fantastic he was throughout the whole process. After dealing with 99% of the agents around the NW8 and W9 area Jerome was by far the best agent i dealt with. You hear people talking about your 'typical estate agent' and Jerome is not one of them. His professionalism throughout the process was second to none. He is a credit to his company and i can only hope that he will be able to find me the perfect property next time. Thanks for all your help Jerome.

GoogleI've been looking around london to get an apartment when i first moved in into the city, while other places rushed me to flats that are not of the security level and interior qualities I desired, A&R ,my agent, Vera, led me to flats with locations that are close by the area i was interested in and have many refurbished apartments, with easy access to public transportation. I was explained very clearly all the features of the apartment and the payment policy as well, in addition she helped me compare the values with the advantages of each feature, as i was new to London. I was also taken by a car comfortably and was driven back as well. I was pleased, and I recommended A&R.

GoogleI recently moved to London from the US and had the pleasure of working with Jerome Colmans at Anscombe & Ringland. Anscombe & Ringland's rental properties were of far better quality than the majority of flats I viewed with other agencies (I went on viewings with over 10 real estate agents both in St John's Wood and Notting Hill). Most importantly, the agent, Jerome, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He understood what I was looking for right away and always asked feedback after viewings to better direct the search. Unlike so many other agents, he did not waste my time showing me properties that did not match my search criteria or were out of my budget. He followed up with me regularly to see whether I still needed his help in securing a flat, without being pushy at all either. Finally, for someone who has just arrived in London and doesn't know the city well, it made a huge difference to go on viewings with someone who could tell me not only about properties, but also about the local area. If you are think to move to St John's Wood, I would urge you to work with him at Anscombe & Ringland.

GoogleAnyone who has made use of Estate Agents, whether in terms of buying/selling a property or for letting purposes, will know the importance of finding one that you can rely on to guide you with consistent sound advice. I have been extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Mr.Chris Michaelides, who is highly knowledgeable about the current state of the property market. Not only is he very efficient and organised, he makes a point of providing me with regular feedback about the comments made about my property so that I am better able to assess whether any action should be taken to make the property more attractive and desirable. In any business contact, the strength of the relationship that you form will depend to a great extent on the personalities of the different parties. I have found Chris to be very friendly and approachable. The key quality that distinguishes him is his down-to-earth attitude, where he tells me the position as it is rather than what I want to hear. I take heed of the advice that he gives me, as I realise that this will lead to the best possible outcome. The match making work of Estate Agents is always fraught with difficulties, but the biggest hurdle to overcome is how to manage expectations. Again I admire the way Chris manages to clarify for each party what is best from their individual perspective. My relationship with Anscome and Ringland spans more than ten years and I rate all their staff highly. The organisation seems to place a high emphasis on providing a good quality customer service. Try them yourself and you will see why I am very happy with them

GoogleI appreciate that it is not necessarily normal to review your house purchasing process, however, My partner and I was very pleased with the experience received from Anscombe & Ringland that I felt the need to share this. Our point of contact was James and at very short notice he was able to show us round two different properties we had seen online. We were able to put in an offer that same night and it was accept at some point the next day. As a buyer, we were very keen to move into the property before Christmas, and James worked hard to make this happen. I would bombard him with emails asking for updates on how things were going & considering the amount of information he managed to provide, I can only assume he was bombarding the different parties in the same manor. As a buyer, rather than a seller, I tried to remember that Anscombe & Ringland were of course working for the seller of the property. However, this was forgotten very quickly as the professionalism but friendly manor shown by James made me feel that he was really seemed to care about working towards getting the sale completed before Christmas. There were complications, but as mentioned before, James work hard and fast to make sure that these issues were resolved without delay in a very unbiased fashion. We finally exchanged with a completion date of before Christmas, something of which I was very grateful for. Even after exchanging contacts and completion had been arranged , James worked tirelessly, during his journey home from work, to arrange a last minute viewing of the property that evening so that we were able to measure the room to order our sofa before the Christmas cut off. All in all, the poor reputation of estate agents was just not evident here and dealing with them was nothing but a pleasure. I have no problem in recommending them to any friend, family or colleague.
