GoogleI approached a few real estate and property agencies in Highgate and Anscombe & Ringland became the obvious choice to me due to its professionalism and presentation. On my first meeting, I was greeted by Zara, and was immediately impressed with her professional approach and excellent customer care. Zara is very knowledgeable about the property market and she quickly understood what I was looking for. She immediately organised a viewing for the room and mediated efficiently between the property owner and me, providing excellent support, follow-up and communication. I am glad to have found Anscombe & Ringland and my wonderful property, without them it would never have happened. I really believe this is not a matter of luck, but rather coming from their capacity to listen to their client's needs, and to express honest and sincere opinions about things, rather than trying to sell any kind of product. This is a very rare quality in this business. I would highly recommend this agency to any of my friends looking for a flat in the area.

GoogleRachel Darvall, the lettings coordinator, helped us immensely when we had to find a property at short notice whilst our property had to be repaired following extensive water damage. She liaised with us regularly, keeping us updated including when we were away on holiday. We appreciate her professionalism and concern and are certainly returning to their firm when we actually wish to upsize.

GoogleI had a great experience using Anscombe & Ringland recently. I dealt with Jatinder Jai in the sales team. He was very professional, answered all my queries very promptly and the best thing of all- always kept me updated by both phone and email in respect of all the properties coming up in the market which met my requirements. This was invaluable to me, and I very much appreciated it and I am very grateful to him for that. Without that level of customer service- I may have missed on the property I recently completed on, so I am very pleased with the service I received.

GoogleI had very specific requirements for what I was looking for and registered my details with several estate agencies in the local area. Rachel Darvall was my agent at Anscome & Ringland and I have to say that her friendliness, professionalism and pro-activeness left a fantastic impression and I need not have spoken to any of the other estate agencies on the high street. I was kept updated with new properties and felt that I had been treated with a personal touch - as soon as the right property came up Rachel knew we would be interested and arranged a viewing for it within a short space of time. At the viewing Rachel was professional and informative, and was able to answer all of our questions. We were not the easiest of applicants to deal with by any means due to our requirements and the offer we put forward but I am left without any doubt that Anscombe and Ringland are one of the finest agents in the area. Deal with confidence.

GoogleReceived several offers in just two weeks and we have to cancel the planned open house for the following weekend. The sales team in Anscombe & Ringwood have been most professional in their approach of handling the bidders thus enable us to make a decision to sale to the less risk buyer and with a price higher than the asking price. I suppose like all things, it is a matter of timing. We were lucky that we put our house on the market just as the house prices were going up and there were a rush of buyers.

James also provided us with regular updates which helped a lot. Overall, our experience with Anscombe & Ringland was very pleasent and James was outstanding throughout.

GoogleHaving recently moved from NZ to the UK, finding a suitable place to rent in London is not an easy task. Anscombe and Ringland in Notting Hill were superb in helping me find my fabulous, perfectly positioned place. I'd particularly like to commend Hugh Saffrey who has been wonderful throughout. He was very personable, friendly, and particularly helpful in showing me other properties that I might be interested in (he saved the best till last!). He clearly explained the process and what needed to happen when. He has been consistent in following up, communicated regularly, was very organised, and checked to ensure that all was going to plan. His customer relations are excellent. I even took the liberty of suggesting Hugh receive some form of monetary reward for going that extra mile. I'd strongly recommend Hugh and all of his colleagues at A&R Notting Hill - you will not regret it.

Viewing properties was easy and the recommendations for apartments were spot on. Honest, no-obligation service made the process enjoyable, rather than a headache. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have been renting out my property for a year through Anscombe & Ringland. I was originally recommended the company through a friend who told me to get in touch with Edward Parker when I decided to rent my studio out. I was impressed straight away and have continued to be through out the rental. Recently we had to re-let the property and Edward made the whole process so easy and straight forward. His team is also great. Edward was away when the paper work and actual change over happened and Hugh Saffrey stepped in and was fabulous. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

They were the most professional, courteous, friendly, real estate team I have ever worked with and I would recommend them very highly to anyone looking to rent. I found Anscombes to be in a totally different league to other agents I worked with in various parts of London. They were particularly good when it came to closing the deal in a competitive bidding situation. Their flexible approach and tenaciousness ensured that the deal was closed in a situation where it had looked lost. Work with them...you will not regret it!

GoogleMy wife and I just moved to London and, while looking for a flat, we were strongly refered to Anscombe & Ringland. There we met Vera Wang, an amaizing professional, extremely helpful and knowlegeable. Vera took us to visit the two options they had that closely matched out budget. She quickly understood our priorities and at the visit highlighted the positive aspects and pointed out the setbacks of each property. By far were the best two options we've seen. We've never rented in London and Vera patiently helped us with all the details and answered all of our of questions (and we had A LOT of questions). Unlike a few other estate agents we've encountered, Vera is very dependable and showed genuine willing to help us. She explained all the costs and expenses involved so we had no unpleasant surprises. Sensitive to to our budget she even helped putting a winning proposal for the landlord. She has our highest recommendation!

Their approach has been highly professional and I have particulary appreciated been kept fully informed with regular updates during the process. Their willingness to 'go the extra mile' with regards to making sure that viewings have gone smoothly has also been noted. I have every faith that Charles and the team will secure a buyer for us for the Garden Flat in the next couple of weeks.

GoogleMy husband and I worked with Jerome Walker at Anscombe & Ringland to find our first flat in the Highgate area of London after moving from the U.S. I would recommend Jerome and we would certainly work with him again ourselves. Not only was he very efficient with knowing what was available immediately, and what was upcoming, he really listened to the specific criteria we asked for and wasted no time trying to show us lesser properties. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, and therefore quickly able to guide us in routes from each viewed flat to transportation lines, high streets and areas of convenience. We were in a hurry to move into a flat, we chose quickly, and Jerome was instrumental in helping us actually get all the paperwork, approvals, authorizations, furniture requests and communication with the landlord and check-in team for the flat completed in time for an early move-in day. He is quick to respond via phone or email for any question his clients may have. Jerome is a consummate professional, and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients feel well taken care of. He has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor and seems happy to give tips and information to those who may be very new to not only the neighborhood, but the country! Thanks Jerome, we are enjoying our new flat!

GoogleI would like to reiterate what has already been written here and also to add my experience with Anscombe & Ringland. I have just, successfully and stress free, moved into a lovely new property with my partner. We would both have to say that this was mainly down to Jerome who advised, guided and negotiated for us all the way through the process (which apparently is very stressful for people normally??). Not only did we find our perfect property, quickly, but the normal mountain of paperwork that normally ensues was made painless and convenient. Everything was very professional and at the same time very relaxed and friendly. As this was our first property we were moving into, Jerome ensured we didn't waste time viewing 'out-of-our-budget' properties and he very quickly assimilated what was suitable for us together with what we were looking for. This is so refreshing to have someone personable and friendly but with the efficiency needed to make moving property simple and fluid. You are a real credit to your company Jerome and a perfect example of how estate agents should be, from me and Ellie we thank you for all your help and hope you enjoy the wine.
