We met Gideon Heilpern when we expressed interest in buying a property in SJW. I was immediately impressed with how professional and personable he was. My husband and I are very different people and he seemed able to connect with us each equally and mediate our views on the property (an invaluable skill for an agent to have). He was patient and accommodating - meeting us on 3 separate occasions to view the property. He was always punctual and never made us feel rushed. He had a good sense of space and architecture which helped during the "brainstorming" process of how the property could be renovated and space best utilized. Ultimately, we decided we were not in a position to buy the property. However, Gideon left such a positive impression that when, several months later, we decided to move to St Johns Wood and rent I immediately contacted him. Unfortunately, he works exclusively on sales and so was unable to accompany us on our rental search. However, he was gracious in referring us to his colleague who proved equally energetic and committed to outstanding customer service. Gideon has proved himself a great team player in providing such a wonderful referral but also an invaluable asset to Anscombe and Ringland. I would not hesitate in working with the agency and Gideon in the future (or refering a friend) on the strength of our positive experience with Gideon.

I've recently used Anscombe & Ringland to help find a property to let in St John's Wood. Zoe Sophocles was the lettings negotiator that helped me with my search and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. She recognised quickly what I was looking for in a flat and tailored the viewings to meet my requirements exactly. She helped arrange viewings at short notice and at times that were convenient to me, which was often over weekends and evenings. I've used Anscombe & Ringland, Highgate branch as my letting agent for about three years now and their service is downright excellent. They are honest, upfront and extremely efficient, not to mention very professional. My dealings over the years have been with Jerome Walker. I cannot recommend him and his co-worker, Zara, highly enough. Jerome deals with any issues head on and in a timely manner. He pays attention to detail; is very professional and extremely personable. Zara who has also assisted in finding my tenants, has proven to be very efficient and no task is too small for her to handle. I couldn't be happier with their service. Well i never did. Yes, buying a house is stressful, but when you are working with Paul Constantine it is also jolly good fun. Paul was brilliant during the entire process of purchasing our house in Highgate, even when he had bronchiectasis, it didn't stop him being professional, accommodating and always alert. When looking for a house to rent, Anscombe & Ringland were the only company to listen to what we actually wanted. They recommended 4 properties for us to view and they were all of a high standard. When we went for the viewings, we were greeted by Zara who was extremely professional and helpful. I could not recommend Zara highly enough. She really understood what we wanted. Zara was flexible with viewings both when we were trying to decide and once we had agreed the rental. I don't think that we would have got our new flat if it wasn't for Zara and we are very thankful for that.
