GoogleThe Lettings Negotiator Oliver Cox gave me an appointment to show a property. I was there on time. But apparently, he added the appointment on his calendar on the wrong day. He wasted my and my girl friend's 1.5 hours. On top of that, when I call their office to reach him, the lady answering the phone was very rude. She didn't even try to help.

GoogleBe careful when dealing with them. They are selling tenants and even non tenats details to other companies like insurance groups for examples. I gave them my detail long time ago as person looking for a property . Iam not their tenant , never was . Now people are calling me , emailing with insurance offers as they have been ask to contact me by Anscombe and Ringland estate agents !!!!!

GoogleI marketed my property with Anscombes and have to say that the service I have received from Darren and Jatinder has been both professional and efficient from the off. They have been very good with keeping me up to date and have been pro active at all times. They have a real knowledge of the market and this is evident in all my dealings with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

GoogleGrant Pettersson made all the difference in our transaction, although overall the branch was always very friendly. I had some challenges with sales progression, although nothing compared to the overall complexity of the chain. Grant made the difference and made the overall competitive service a success in the end.

GoogleThere was not co-ordination and communication between the team. Never received reply of email or call at first instance. I won't recommend to any of my friend and family to sale their property through them. Sorry!!!

GoogleThe lettings manager (male and tall) was very rude when I went in there over a yr ago. I'm a highgate resident and we most certainly will not be selling our house through them when the time comes.
