GoogleVery professional agency, great customer service. Finding a flat is relatively difficult for me as I do need a few accessibility requirements and Ella from st johns wood agency was super quick and professional in coming up with potential flats. The agency's manager, Bobby, was also very understanding, professional and helpful in dealing with my query. Highly recommend.

GoogleVery helpful when finding us a flat in Notting Hill. Most responsive of agents that we were working with in the area and presented us with the best options. Always very helpful advice and accommodating when it came to times for visits etc.

GoogleMatt Sanderson provided excellent service. Unlike a lot of other estate agents from competing big agencies, he made himself available on weekends and worked hard to negotiate on our behalf as tenants and meet our needs.

Google2 last minute viewing cancellations without plausible excuses. 1 time you would allow and 2 times is just poor and unprofessional. Would never list a property with them in the watford area based on experience. Far better agents out there…..

GoogleI just wanted to share what an outstanding service I have received from Matthew during our house search - especially in such a hectic moment in the market. We eventually ended up with another agency, however I could not lose the occasion to highlight the professionalism, courtesy (and patience dealing with very demanding requests) and proactive approach demonstrated throughout - definitely recommend! GoogleReally happy with this agency! There was very easy and fast communication from the agents! Matt our agent was very helpful and handled all our new tenancy needs with care! They replied very fast to my viewing enquirer and they were very quick to respond to all our questions while not being pressuring like some other agencies! I am extremely satisfied with the new tenancy that they introduced me to and with the agent’s services!!

GoogleThis will be the first time I've given a review for a business/person I didn't end up using/instructing but I can't let the amazing work of Annie May go unnoticed. Annie proactively got in contact with me to enquire whether I was interested in letting my property which at the time I hadn't but Annie's experience, knowledge and consultative approach helped me prepare for rental. She introduced me to tradespeople and was huge support but as my circumstances changed I didn't end up renting for which I still feel a little guilty. Despite this, Annie continued to stay in contact to check how I/the property is going. I've never been contacted more by a business which ordinarily would be annoying but Annie gauges everything perfectly that it's a huge help and I'm thankful for her persistence. If/when my circumstances change again then I'll be in contact straight away. You're a massive credit to your employer.

GoogleWorst service ever. I had a viewing booked for 2 properties today at 4pm. I was told I would get an email confirming a day before. Didn't happen and I didn't know where to meet the agent first. Today I called twice. First, they said they would email the agent. Later, I called and they said they would call me back soon. I am yet to receive that phone call and it is now 4 hours past the time of my viewing. Disgusting treatment. Highly recommend KFH instead if you intend on buying/renting in this area. They will actually contact you.
