GoogleI am a landlord and asked for a refund of commission for the paltry sum of £9.18 (incl VAT) on 11/12/2022. They sent me endless emails and now I have only received £8.50 two and a half months later on 27/2/2023. I would never deal with them again.

GoogleI would like to share my situation to make sure no one will get through same. Unfortunately and without any reasons the agency cannot contact the landlord therefore Im still waiting for my deposit (it has been +7 weeks since I left the property) literally a nightmare. And also I just been told they are not able to do anything else but chase (so I’m left in limbo). This is the worst situation ever. Let’s see how it will end up. I will definitely never ever trust them again. Also as solution from their side is none. Only myself being contacting TDS… so what’s the agency does? Be careful!!

GoogleThank you to Jordan who managed to organise three viewings last Friday for me. Jordan was professional and approachable, he understood what type of rental I was looking for. He was also very patient with the viewings and I did not feel rushed even though the viewings did last longer than expected. I feel reassured with the level of customer service I have experienced so far.

Within a fortnight, the business terms, letting agreement, pre-tenancy preparation, all were done efficiently, with a timely move-in. During the process, Bobby has been a customer-oriented professional, listened to my concerns and needs, and answered. He is communicative in keeping me informed, but without overloading me with unnecessary details. I felt ‘in-order’ all along, especially with the able hands of Ella, who has proactively solved the problems before they came to my attention, understood my price-range, and committed to get the pre-tenancy requirements done, even in her off-hours. This can-do spirit is much appreciated. In a word, I am pleased with the service, much exceeded my expectation. Team Bobby and Ella, thank you.

GoogleI had made an enquiry and saw a flat with an agent, who had originally informed that the landlord would accept pets. After seeing the property and submitting my offer at the asking price as advertised, they have come back saying I am the exact right type of candidate for the landlord, but that I should increase my offer because I have a pet. When I refused to increase it and asked when would the landlord come back with a reply, as I had another property I wanted to make an offer on, the agent started stalling me and making assumptions about my chances of finding a property that would accept pets. In the end they replied saying the landlord didn't accept the offer because of my approach, that of asking for a deadline when his decision would be made. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and dodgy.
