GoogleWe worked with Matthew Sanderson when my partner and I were looking to find a flat in London, and after dealing with countless agents, that were honestly unprofessional, it we were so glad to work with Matt. He was professional, patient, honest, and extremely responsive. He walked us through the process step by step and understood all of our requirements while remaining steadfast with what the landlord wanted. He was able to get us an apartment in a week. I think more agents should follow his lead as he treats his clients with decorum, professionalism and courtesy. We hope to work with him again in the future.

GoogleGreat sales experience, terrible property management! My partner and I recently moved to a flat in the area and the process was made much smoother and quicker by Matt, the agent who was a great help to us. However, upon securing the flat and moving in, we were referred to the property management team for any help needed with the flat. We quickly identified a few issues in the property, most importantly the lack of a functioning bed in the second bedroom of the 2-bedroom flat (the bed is broken and unusable). We flagged this to the PM team as well as other issues such as items left from a previous tenant, non-functioning bulbs before we moved in, faulty equipment, etc. It's now being *3 months* since we flagged all of these issues repeatedly (at least once a week) and we are yet to see any solutions to any of the issues. This is very frustrating and the delayed response is concerning when you think about how they would handle emergency situations, which we luckily haven't experienced yet. However, the outstanding issues are still quite serious since we are paying for a 2-bedroom flat yet only have use of 1 since the other one has an unusable bed and is filled with clutter from a previous tenant. It's been 3 months and we still haven't been able to organise the flat as we would like fur to all the outstanding problems that that PM team has massively failed to address. It's a real shame since we really like the flat and the area but our experience has been ruined by the really poor support from the PM team. Hope this can all be resolved ASAP.

GoogleThe agent didn’t show up for the viewing. We had to wait more than an hour. Very unprofessional behaviour. Not recommended at all.

GoogleCould not of asked for a better agent in Hugh Saffrey (these let agents r few and fare btwn). Hugh was diligent, followed-up and patient. He helped me prepare numerous offers in an overheated market. Greatly appreciated his time and work and look forward to doing it again in the future.

GoogleBe careful with this company. After I left the apartment they are keeping my deposit even after the Landlord agreed to payback full amount. They keep inventing excuses and lies and are not paying back my deposit. Stay away.

GoogleI would like to share my situation to make sure no one will get through same. Unfortunately and without any reasons the agency cannot contact the landlord therefore Im still waiting for my deposit (it has been 3 months since I left the property) literally a nightmare. And also I just been told they are not able to do anything else but chase (so I’m left in limbo). This is the worst situation ever. Let’s see how it will end up. I will definitely never ever trust them again. They recommended to contact TDS in order to get my deposit. Now they said because I contacted TDS my deposit doesn’t belong to then anymore!! A joke!! Complaints doesn’t help anymore! Be careful!!
