GoogleDiscriminating against people who have a low income. I had a guarantor for a property who earned double the annual amount required and it still wasn’t good enough. I will be going to the papers about how I have been treated - it is disgusting. The reason I work part time is because I’m studying to become a midwife. * Annual income required * is a loophole these letting agencies have found so they don’t have to rent to people who aren’t LOADED. I had everything needed to let a property and it still wasn’t good enough. Because they don’t want to let to people who don’t earn thousands a month. Ridiculous. You will see the article soon as I am going to the papers and my local MP.

As this is the first time I am looking for a property. I am little worried. Felicity comforts me.it is so kind of her. Their support over the past 15 years has been invaluable and exemplary. They have the best interests of tenants AND landlords at heart, and always seek to ensure maintenance is carried out swiftly, keeping tenants happy and looked after. Having had the same tenants for 15 years, I think this is testament to their great service and attention to tenant care. Well done, team! We appreciate you!
