GoogleWorked on this site for 2 weeks(left site on 03/04/24) site manager is nothing but a bully with threatening behaviour when asking for jobs to be done. Assistant site manager is not much better. They want you to work 9h and only pay for 8h, when refused to work and extra hour for free I was told not to come back. Would never work for these bullies ever again. Im sure they will probably see this post and try defend their actions or turn it back on me and any other worker they have/had. Delays on site are due to treatment of trademen who end up leaving or they dont pay them and they leave.

GoogleAwful company - will happily take your money, make promises they cant deliver, and not inform you when there's any issue. Their defence is consistently "It's not our fault. Its Covid, Brexit, Builders, Materials, the Moon Alignment etc". Just take responsibilty for your own project! Please avoid for your own sanity and finance

GoogleAvoid, we had a terrible experience with Ambassador. Please look at other reviews here and on other review sites, there are a lot of people who have had poor treatment from Ambassador. I am glad we got out before it was too late, and have gone with another builder. The difference is incredible, as other reviews have said, for your own sanity, go elsewhere.

GoogleWorst builders I’ve ever encountered. Bought their property in Scotland, would give them zero stars if I could they should be taken out of business since they are clearly incapable. Even if the house that they are presenting you with LOOKS appealing - reject it and look for something else, or else this would be the most frustrating home purchase in your life with long delays, no communication, more snagging and structural issues that you could ever imagine, being dealt with by workman/employees that are not properly paid and managers who lie to get through their shift just so they can meet targets. It's just a shame that the British Legal system favours these idiot scammers. For more information check out their reputation on Trust Pilot.
