Louis, Jaden and Sam were absolutely incredible when selling my home! The communication was flawless, always quick, clear and reassuring, and I never felt out of the loop once. They genuinely went above and beyond at every step and added such a personal touch that made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. It’s so rare to find estate agents who care this much and put in this level of effort. I felt completely supported the entire time. Truly 5-star service, couldn’t recommend them more highly!

As first-time buyers, we expected professionalism and clear communication. Instead, dealing with Sophie made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. Every time we contacted her for updates, we were met with hostility and a condescending attitude with constant interruptions. Her behaviour was confrontational to the point that I eventually had to ask my aunt to call on my behalf because it became unbearable. There was an instance where my aunt spoke to another agent, they told her that they didn’t understand why Sophie behaved that way which shows her own colleagues could recognise her conduct. We were often told Sophie was “busy” or “on leave,” yet when she did answer, she was dismissive and unhelpful. Simple update requests turned into unpleasant conversations, and every call felt like a waste of time. I regret not asking for a different agent sooner. When we finally reached out to Jake, the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he became defensive. This is what’s most confusing, if Sophie’s own colleague could see the problem immediately, why couldn’t the manager? It raises serious concerns about how behaviour and complaints are handled within this agency. The other agents we encountered were polite and professional. So if you do decide to work with this agency, ask for someone other than Sophie to avoid the experience we went through. Based on our experience, under no circumstances would I work with this agency again and I would not recommend it to anyone. Not worth the hassle.

I had an exceptional experience working with Allday&Miller from start to finish. Their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine commitment made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Jake and Sophie were always available to answer my questions, kept me updated at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. What stood out most was their knowledge of what to do when things were not moving in my favour, their ability to provide honest, helpful advice made all the set back stress just go away. They handled every detail with care, from the initial valuation to the final completion, and made me feel confident and supported throughout. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is trustworthy, proactive, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome for you, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
