GoogleKudos to Jordan on the great letting service provided. He provided regular helpful updates and was polite. He was clear on the details of any proposed tenants put forward to me, and went the extra mile. My flat was on the market within 2 -3 days and achieved an offer within 2 weeks at a price I wanted. All completed now. Big thanks to Tom for his communications and persistence in dealing with exceptionally slow solicitors. I think I will stick with Allday Miller for my next property deal.

GoogleI had a really great experience dealing with Amy and Jordan and felt it was worth sharing. From the start, Amy was absolutely fantastic. She was always responsive, helpful and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Anytime I had a question or needed guidance, she took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and her level of communication throughout was excellent. What really stood out was how professional she was while still being very approachable and easy to talk to. It makes a big difference when you feel like someone genuinely cares about helping you and making the process as straightforward as possible. Jordan was also very helpful and professional whenever he was involved, and it was clear that both of them take customer service seriously. In fact, one of the main reasons I decided to move forward with selling my property through this company was because of the positive experience I had dealing with Amy. She left a very strong impression with how helpful, organised and supportive she was throughout. It’s rare these days to come across someone who consistently provides such a high level of service. Amy is a real credit to the team, and I’m very grateful for the support from both her and Jordan. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Scarlett went above and beyond to help me secure a lovely flat quickly, and was very accommodating with my schedule. The referencing process and all the paperwork were well organised and clearly explained. They also have a very user-friendly platform for managing tenancy details and documents. The property is great too.

GoogleAn unwelcome addition to the Manor. We purchased a property through Allday and Miller. It’s estate agents like this that give the rest of them a bad reputation. We dealt with Jordan in particular and the way he has conducted himself, at times was not commencirate with what you would expect from a ‘professional’. There was another buyer in the background which he constantly used as a threat, should we not move at the pace he wanted. He said that this particular buyer was calling him ‘every day’ and that he could ‘show me the messages’, even though our offer was accepted and we were progressing, very professional. When we needed more time between exchange and completion, he said that the other buyer was still enquiring about our position (5 months later) and that he would advise his client to consider their cash offer. We had been progressing for 6 months and just because we needed an extra two weeks, to move our whole house and two little children, they started playing that game. I don’t take threats lightly hence this review. Buying a house is stressful enough and dealing with these guys made it far worse. Don’t sell your house with them, their behaviour will put off potential buyers. Plenty better firms. If they are being pressed by their client, there are better ways to handle yourselves.
