The property was successfully let within just a few weeks of being advertised. Jordan provided regular updates and feedback following viewings. His knowledge of the local market and what was required to attract the right tenant was particularly helpful. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free, while ensuring everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I couldn’t recommend Luke, Sophie and Nancy at Allday Miller highly enough. As a first-time buyer, the process of purchasing my first home felt quite daunting at times, but they made the whole experience so much easier from start to finish\. All three were incredibly helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. They kept me updated at every stage, answered all of my questions and were always happy to go the extra mile to help get everything over the line. If you are thinking of selling your property in the Hillingdon area, particularly Uxbridge, Hayes and Ruislip where their offices are - look no further than Allday & Miller. Luke Allday & his team could not have been more helpful for us during what was for many reasons a challenging sale process for our property. In an everchanging market, the whole team was very much on the ball where it mattered to ensure our sale process was concluded quickly and efficiently - with the help of their recommended solicitors Thomas Legal who provided turnaround responses sometimes within 5 minutes which was outstanding. After spending eight weeks with another estate agent who only managed to arrange four viewings and ultimately wasted our time, the contrast in service was immediate.Tom was transparent from the start and proved to be a man of his word. He told us he would get our property sold within a couple of weeks, and he delivered exactly that. The whole team at Allday & Miller were brilliant in helping us with sale of our house and the purchase of our next one. Charlie was a bedrock of patience, kind advice and thoroughly professional and we’d trust him in a heartbeat when it comes to estate agents. Ellie was also a star and so helpful through the whole process, and dealing with our last minute requests. In addition Sophie our move manager kept us up to date and all things moving through the exchange process and we couldn’t have been happier with how she dealt with everything, last but not least - Shane, Jordan and the rest of the gang who helped with viewings were always very understanding. Very disappointing experience with this letting agency. We were trying to rent a property at 8 Ivybridge Close and paid a holding deposit. We did not cancel or withdraw from the tenancy. We were still interested in the property and were ready and willing to proceed. My husband and I contacted the agency through WhatsApp and confirmed that we were happy to provide any further documents or information they required. We also asked them to let us know if anything else was needed, but we did not receive a proper response. We were then told that the tenancy had been cancelled and that we had withdrawn. This is not what happened, and we strongly disagree with this explanation. We have asked the agency to provide evidence that we withdrew from the tenancy and to explain clearly why the tenancy was cancelled. We also requested the return of our holding deposit. Our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We felt that our communication was not handled properly, and we were left without a clear explanation about what had happened to our tenancy and deposit. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this agency. We believe prospective tenants should receive clear communication and fair treatment throughout the letting process.

Unfortunately, my experience with this agency was extremely disappointing. My experience for only a viewing request was a complete waste of our time and journey. I have never experienced such a confusing and poorly managed viewing process. Very frustrating and completely unprofessional. The level of organisation and communication was very poor, and the information provided was often inconsistent and confusing. Even when trying to double-check important details, we were given different answers, making it feel as though the staff were not communicating with each other. The agency was also very unprofessional and, at times, lacked basic politeness and helpfulness when dealing with us. We travelled a long distance based on information provided by the agency, only to be left confused and frustrated and the viewing did not even go along, we were told to go and come back another time “ how unprofessional is this?!” Overall, the experience was extremely stressful, annoying, and disappointing.

From my interaction with these people all I can say they are dodgy. Wouldnt recommend them for anything. I have enquired about a property, went for a viewing, made an offer and heard nothing back from them. Even had the cheek to pass my details to some mortgage advisor who also assured me he will get back to me. Contacted them again, they assured me the offer is with the client and that they will get back to me. After hearing nothing from them went today in their office in Uxbridge and they assured someone will call me within the hour. Got a missed phone call at 18:03 after closing time. Rang back to hear the answering machine. Just found out from different sources that the property has been sold . These people are corrupt and liars and wouldnt recommend them for anything.
