I genuinely don’t have enough good words to fully capture the level of dedication, care, and sheer investment that Samuel May from the Thornton Heath branch put into helping me purchase my new home. From start to finish, his service was nothing short of exceptional. Samuel went far beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent. He kept me consistently updated several times a week, ensuring I was never left wondering about the progress of my purchase. He was proactive in chasing solicitors, keeping everything moving smoothly and efficiently, which made what is often a stressful process feel much more manageable. What truly stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile at every opportunity. He arranged access to the property whenever I needed it, always accommodating and flexible. On top of that, he made sure that any issues identified were addressed promptly and even ensured that rubbish was cleared before move-in day, something that made a huge difference and showed his attention to detail and genuine care. It’s rare to come across someone who treats their job with this level of commitment and personal investment. We were originally with another estate agent who overpromised and underdelivered, so moving to this team was a breath of fresh air. From the start, Sam was our first point of contact, super nice, courteous, honest, and polite. He made everything feel easy and straightforward. Jaden was our main contact throughout the sale, and he was absolutely brilliant. His communication was outstanding, he worked tirelessly to bring in genuine buyers, and he always handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Our buyer was quite demanding, but Jaden dealt with it all calmly and took the stress off our shoulders. Louis also played a valuable part, offering great support and input to the team. We recently sold our house through the All & Miller Hayes branch, and although it turned into a much longer and more difficult journey than expected, the team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, our sale was delayed by around a year, with a few deals falling through along the way, which made the whole experience extremely stressful and frustrating. However, the team remained professional, patient and supportive throughout. A special mention has to go to Umar, who genuinely went the extra mile to keep our buyers on board and helped keep the process moving whenever things became difficult. His communication, persistence and dedication made a real difference, and we really appreciated the effort he put in. A relative recommended All Day & Millar to me after their good experience and knowing we had been struggling to find a buyer for my mum’s house. Jake from Uxbridge branch had initial discussion with me and met me at my mum’s house and gave me confidence that there were buyers out there for our property. He put me in contact with Umar at Hayes branch who provided great support throughout process. He advised on best price to pitch at sharing comparables and was confident he could get people through the door. And he did and kept me on informed! This is where All Day & Millar differ versus other agents in the area. Umar kept me informed every week giving me updates and ensuring he was reaching out to their client base and would put our property in front of them. When things were quieting down he always had recommendations of what to do next. Far more proactive and consistently so than I had experienced with others agents. I can’t emphasise the importance of keeping sellers informed and updated and a feeling that something can be done. This is what Umar delivered on. Umar and his colleagues were always professional and well presented at viewings and helped prospective buyers with their questions. We ended up with a few offers eventually and one we were willing to accept. Umar then handed over the reigns to Sophie at Uxbridge branch who diligently supported us through the various requirements raised by our buyers solicitors and interacted promptly with both sides of the transaction. Whenever I had questions or wanted updates I was able to reach out to Sophie. All in all a very positive experience and we thank Umar and Sophie and wider All Day and Millar team for getting us over the line.

My wife and I recently sold our house and purchased through Allday&Miller. Umar guided us through our sale from start to finish and was also on hand for us whenever we had any questions in reference to any potential purchases as well. He was very professional, patient, approachable and extremely helpful. Initially he sold our house but unfortunately our seller decided to pull their property off the market a week before exchange leaving us incredibly devastated. But credit to Umar he remained positive even when my wife and I had given up hope. He was in regular contact with us to make a plan of action and the first thing he recommended was that we continue the momentum and put our house back on the market while we continue looking for another place. I can’t recommend Allday & Miller highly enough - Thank you Jake, Sophie, Safa, Moises and the complete team We used Allday & Miller (Hayes branch) for both selling our home and buying our new one, and the service from start to finish was outstanding. We initially spoke to a few agents regarding our sale, but Jake stood out immediately because of his great customer service, personal touch, and clear way of explaining everything. He won our business straight away (and delivered on every promise, and more, with no drop in service at any point).
