GoogleAllday and Millar are just the best estate agents around! We had an extremely difficult experience moving house and they supported us while not even selling our house. Both Charlie and Luke have the clients best interest at heart and they understand a house move is a milestone in people lives, not just another transaction to get done. They are extremely professional, kind and will go out of their way to help as they fully understand how moving house can affect peoples lives. There are too many estate agents out there who do not really understand how moving house can affect families and Allday and Millar’s support is second to none! They have an extensive network in the area and this helps them in selling houses. They are both well respected with a number of years experience. I would highly highly recommend them to all and would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough about the professionalism and dedication of the staff at Allday and Miller, in dealing with the very difficult conveyancing of our property. With complications due to new regulations and requirements causing unprecedented delays, Allday and Miller relentlessly pursued my sale, along with the purchases needs until finalisation. They were always responsive to my calls and questions which assured me during this very difficult sale.

GoogleCharlie was our contact, although we also met Luke. We were extremely pleased with the service we received, while selling our house. We were kept up to date regularly by Charlie. We were with another agent for 9 months previously, but didn't even receive one offer. It only took a month with Charlie. Can't praise this agency high enough. It's a stressful time for anyone, but having someone with so much experience and enthusiasm, made it much easier for us. Thank you guys so much!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Allday & Miller highly enough. We purchased our first house through them and what a seamless experience it was. Charlie narrowed down our search in line with our budget and arranged the viewings quickly. Our offer was accepted and the ball got rolling very quickly. Charlie recommended a local conveyancer and from the time our offer was accepted to completion was only 10 weeks, which was amazing as we thought stamp duty holiday would be ending! Charlie was always available to answer any of our questions (we had quite a few!) and his knowledge was exceptional. We thought buying a house whilst 6 months pregnant in the middle of a pandemic would be stressful, but this was most definitely eased with the help of Charlie and his professionalism 10/10 for everything! Thanks again Allday & Miller

His communication was clear and timely, and his advice was always well intentioned. As I said, refreshing. I wholeheartedly recommend Allday & Miller for all your sales and letting requirements.

GoogleLike most people, at the start of buying our first home, we were very wary of Estate Agents. They don’t have the best reputation and I was concerned about this when commencing our search. Well, not only did we find a house which is perfect for us, but Luke made the entire process almost enjoyable! He was on hand whenever needed and it really showed that he genuinely cares about helping people find a home. I cannot recommend these Agents enough and when the time comes for us to find another home, we know where we will start our search. Thank you Luke!
