We were certainly lucky to have Luke help us to sell our first home. After having it on the market unsuccessfully with another estate agents we were skeptical about using another estate agents. However we needn’t have had any concerns, from the first consultation with Luke, we felt nothing was ever too much and for the first day of viewings we had more than we’d ever had! Luke was very proactive with selling our property. When we accepted the offer on our property we were kept informed of all updates and Luke helped chase up any requests needed and kept an easy communication between us, our solicitors, and buyers, helping take the stress of selling our home away. Allday & Miller are a top-class Estate Agency in Uxbridge, and I would say actually the best there is for Sales and Lettings! They are highly professional, friendly, responsive and experienced! I had my home let through them just a week ago and their letting's team are brilliant! I can also confirm that they valued our rental the highest of all the Estate Agents we had review the property, and they achieved a higher rental than even they predicted but at least they were the closest out of anyone! Charlie and Luke have a wealth of experience between them as the founders and they are backed by an incredible letting's team spearheaded by Lucy Fidler who is outstanding actually! I cannot thank Allday & Miller enough for their dedication to the purchase of mine and my partners first home. After not being sure whether to take the jump and sell our first home we were recommended to Luke and thank God we was. After having our property on the market for less than 24 hours we had viewers and offers which is more than we ever imagined! Luke was very proactive with selling our property, we were always kept in the loop and informed of all updates and Luke also helped chase up any requests needed by the solicitors, management company and so on. The worst estate agent to deal with, they strung us along with fake promises for 3 weeks and last minute tell us the landlord is pulling out!! We viewed this property 05/03/22 and the estate agent told us it had 12 viewings and if we want the flat we have to place an offer ASAP. We placed an offer and they confirmed the landlord is happy to proceed. Over the past 3 weeks we have been chasing it up, sending over 20 emails (many she did not respond to). After 2 weeks I raised concerns if this is still going ahead and she told us everything is fine and told me they will send a link where we can fill out the forms electronically and make an online payment for the holding deposit after much chasing for a further 1 week she finally responded with sorry we had a “server error”. She also promised to send photos of the flat 2 weeks prior to show that the property is furnished, again after pestering and many calls everyday for 2 weeks they finally sent the photos today. And After much persuasion she finally sent the paperwork as a WORD document (which could have been sent 3 weeks ago) Not only that, she calls at the end of the day yesterday 24/03/22 to inform me that the landlord is giving the flat to a “family member” instead after accepting and taking the holding down deposit!! (Sounds very fishy) I can’t believe we were strung along for 3 weeks instead of just being honest that the landlord wants to give the flat to another tenant from the start because of xyz Now we have less than 2 weeks to find somewhere to live. Be very aware, if something does not feel right or seems fishy do not blindly trust the estate agents, they protect the landlords, not tenants
