GoogleThis is a first class firm. Their understanding of the market and their attention to detail is superb. In this case I was selling a property and Tom the sales director was on the ball right up to completion. All of the the team were a pleasure to deal with as communications are so good. Toms dealing with both buyer and seller was even handed and effective which I’m sure made the sale a success.

GoogleI really dont know how can this agency has 4.9 stars. We purchaised a property and it was the worse experience. Tbey first suggested us their solicitor, way more expensive than others, most of the time the Solicitor wouldnt reply to our emails. Then Sophie wasn't helpful at all. Everytime we called her at the Agency she was always busy and we got told she was going to call us cause she was in meetings, but everytime I went there she was just sitting at her computer doing nothing. She was only helping the seller side but she was never at our side. She would never reply to our email, but when the seller was upset and wanted to close the purchaise, she would rush everything to us. She has attitude and not suitable for her job. Then we also been told a bunch of lies about who lives over our flat, during the viewing the agent said a couple was upstairs and now we found out , after entering in our house, upstairs there is a father with 3 very noisy boys, who play loud music most of the times. We have been told they had a lovely relation with the seller but now we start to doubt that as well. We are not happy with the whole situation as the person who lives over us is very aggressive and rude. They shold be sued for all these lies. Wont use them anymore and neither suggest to people.

From the moment we did the valuation of the property we were wanting to sell through to the completion could not have been any smoother. Communication was excellent throughout and always helpful. Highly recommended. Special mention the Thomas Hallt & Sophie Enever-Williams for their help throughout.

Their communication skills, professionalism and efficiency all contributed towards a very positive experience. I would have no hesitation in turning to them again in future.

GoogleAllday & Miller were fantastic agents from start to finish. Everything about their service was professional and supportive, as well as giving us great advice on the sale of our home. The photos were very professional, and they took the time to ensure we had viewings that were from vetted buyers so as not to waste our time and eventually secured us a great buyer. With there being so many agents to choose from we were so pleased we went with our gut instinct of Allday & Miller and would not hesitate to appoint them again whether that be to buy or sell a property in the future. Luke has been an absolute delight to work with during the time we had our property up for sale. The process was not without issues and roadblocks and Luke made a very stressful process as seamless at it could be through his hard work and immeasurable knowledge.

Googlebrilliant dealing with these guys, would certainly recommend to both investors and first time sellers/buyers. i have had the pleasure of dealing with Jake, Jordan and Umar, they helped me sell countless properties and also purchase some great properties to invest. they really add a personal touch on all sales/purchases, keeping me in the loop throughout, really fast transparent too, unlike other agents that try to upsell at all costs - thanks allday and miller!

GoogleTom and Sophie could not have been more polite, attentive and helpful to me in the daunting task of selling my flat. Tom gave an honest and reasonable valuation and gave me really useful advice in the build up to an offer. Sophie coordinated the overall sale and ensured she kept me fully informed each week, and stayed in constant contact with the buyers and solicitors for me - I never once had to chase them for updates as they kept me fully informed in the progress. The one thing I remember the most is how genuinely kind, friendly and helpful they both were - I was able to trust them both completely and felt very well looked after. I would recommend Allday and Miller to anyone to asks. Thank you so much.
