GoogleFrom start to finish i couldn't faulty Amy and Jordan. Kept me up to date with everything on a daily basis and found me a tenant for my property with minimal loss in rental for myself so very happy. Pricing was also very good as they now manage the property for us.

GoogleThe process has been smooth and the communication great from the start until the contract signing and inventory. Especially Jordan has been great at communicating with us. He has responded to any queries and issues promptly and was always keen to check anything that we needed.

GoogleAn honest review Very poor service did not take out proper vetting and diligence of the buyer just took there word for it and sold the property , game show ! They sold the property early September 2024 to a buyer who had no mortgage offer or even a mortgage in principle.They even instructed solicitors without a mortgage offer how absurd unprofessional , with a string of typical Estate Agent lies. The property was showing sold ( still is ) even though no mortgage offer or contracts in place Moving forward to January 2025 nearly 4months on still no mortgage offer.Because of this agent the whole chain and people's lives have been properly disregarded and disrupted. I have been in property for over 30 years you get one chance to lay the foundations of a good and honest relationship , reputation and they failed. In this game reputation is everything even more that a estate agents commission for them it was the latter ! That's my honest review and opinion

GoogleWe used the Hayes branch of Allday & Miller to market and sell our property. From our first meeting with Jordan we found him to be extremely personable and very professional compared to some of the other estate agents we spoke to. Jordan provided expert advice around the local housing market and really helped to manage our expectations. He kept in constant communication with regards to any dealings and updates which really helped us. Jordan, Umar and the rest of the team at the Hayes branch of Allday & Miller have really done a great job in ensuring that our home had the best possible chance of being sold in a competitive market. They coordinated the viewings of our property around our commitments and discussed all suitable offers with us. I would highly recommend using Allday & Miller as an estate agent to anyone looking to sell their property as you are unlikely to find anyone better.

From the initial meeting, Tom was so communicative and easy to deal with and he answered our endless questions without any hassle. The whole process was so smooth and I have no doubt this was down to Tom and Sophie. If we were ever to sell again, we would definitely look to use Allday and Miller / Tom again.
