GoogleVery happy with the level of service provided by Aldreds from the initial consultation and valuation. All staff showed professionalism and patience. Duly noted during contract break down and buyers pulling out. We were kept updated every step of the way, with information being readily disseminated by Katharine, Eleanor and Beatrix as and when required. Found all involved to be very helpful and their assurances that 'we' would get there in the end, rang true. Thank you Dan and the whole team for making our experience as selling a house can be.

GoogleWe purchased our new home through Aldreds in Gorleston and we truly cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely perfect throughout the whole process - I was kept informed at every step of the way, they were more than happy to help with every question and query we had. Special mention to Eleanor Meadows who helped us with everything from making our first offer through to the confirmation of exchange. We will definitely remember our experience with Aldreds if we were to move again in the future, as their service and friendliness was simply off the charts. Thank you again.

GoogleWe bought mum's house through Aldreds in 1999. It was their excellent service back then that made them the obvious estate agent choice when mum sadly died last October and I had to put the property back on the market. Once again, Aldreds proved to be professional, friendly, helpful and prompt. From valuation to completion, I was regularly kept up-to-date via telephone, email and post - and there was plenty of advice and help along the way. A perfect service from start to finish. GoogleAldreds offer a really high level of service for a very reasonable price. I've mainly dealt with Katherine, she's strikes just the right balance between personal and professional. Not only would she answer all my emails promptly, but would also send me regular updates and check in with me. It's been a real pleasure to deal with her and she's gone out of her way to make the stressful process of selling a house less stressful. I'd 100% recommend her and her team.

GoogleMy name is Malcom Morris, my mother Renie died last year at age 101 years after a prolonged illness. Aldreds at Stalham sold my mothers property at Dunkerley Court. Paul Lambert and his ladies in the office have been very kind and considerate at this difficult time as I am also not well myself. They were very efficient at handling all aspects of the sale from start to finish. I would highly recommend this very professional team.
