GoogleI have had a nightmare trying to move houses, My gratitude goes out to Louis at the Gorleston office, this guy is amazing. Louis was the Negotiator for the sale of the property we were buying. He moved mountains for us to complete on our date, and went back and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date on all the information more than all the other parties involved. We cant stress enough what a top guy he is. Just wish in we completed the process with him. Thank you Louis we really appreciated you going the extra mile for us. Aldreds are lucky to have you on there team.

GoogleFantastic service! Louis was fantastic and well organised from the start. We told Louis what we needed and how we needed it to be done based on how busy we were. He done this brilliantly, making sure all potential buyers met the things needed (ie already sold, AIPs sorted) which really helped massivly. Communication was brilliant, letting us know what was happening and when, so we could have one less thing to worry about. Was very supportive on our ideas and kept us in the loop in regards too the chain has to what was happening with the chain! highly recommended!

GoogleAldreds (Louis) has been a crucial and fundamental cog in the wheelhouse of my purchase process. His attentiveness, drive, knowledge, information updates and tenacity has been invaluable. We couldn't have got this far without his positivity, professionalism and patience. Thank you for being such support for me as a purchaser as well as your role as seller. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI bought a property through the Stalham Aldreds but have had dealings with lots of other estate agents. I have not always been pleased with their responses but Peppa and Claire at Aldreds in Stalham always got back to me with answers to my questions or if they were waiting to get me answers they always told me . I was very pleased with the service they offered and I hope to use them again.
Thank you very much for your kind review - Peppa and Claire always appreciate the positive feedback. We all hope you enjoy your new property!

GoogleAll the staff at Aldreds have been most helpful with the purchasing of my property- nothing was too much trouble, and so polite with all matters. They were very obliging with all queries and quick to respond. I can highly recommend them.

GoogleI must say that Aldreds are very professional and trustworthy, we are glad that we chose them for our sale. Our chain was not the easiest to deal with but they stuck with it, especially Peppa, but when she was off Claire and Tracey handled things very well. Paul valued our property realistically so it sold without too much trouble, not like some people who over value property's which then can't sell so they have to drop their unrealistic price. once again many thanks to the team Geoff and Andrea
Thankyou very much for your kind review, we were delighted to help you with your move. Best wishes from us all at the Stalham office.
