Great Friendly Local Service

We have just bought a property through Adams Estate Agents in Runcorn. Prior to contacting them we had tried various online portal sites but without success. It was good to deal with someone with local knowledge who quickly identified our priorities and indeed the first house Allison recommended was the right one and we put a successful offer in immediately. From start to finish nothing has been too much trouble. We are not from the area and all questions we put forward were answered with real professionalism. Fantastic Team

We bought our first house in the summer through the Stockton Heath branch. We mainly dealt with Angela and Tara, who were brilliant and always very attentive. They were never to busy to answer any questions and very quick to sort or deal with any concerns. Everybody in the office knew who I was if I called and were really helpful. Claire and the team were fabulous

Buying and selling a home is extremely exhausting and stressful as we all know; and taking away some of those stresses is exactly what Claire and the team did for me. Always attentive, always available, always professional - yet very friendly and highly knowlegable.. I'd actually say that if I sold in the future Adams would be the first call I'd make. By nature I can imagine I was quite demanding at times, but the girls really couldn't do enough to help me. Would I recommend them - Absolutely. Great team, great work ethic.. Our first home

We recently bought our first home through Adams Estate Agents (Widnes branch) and were very happy with the service provided. Initially we had chosen another property but had to pull out further down the line, Adams were great, reassuring us that it was okay and providing advice and guidance throughout the whole process. Luckily we found another house that we loved straight away which was also advertised with Adams. We arranged a viewing and put an offer in, following some negotiations the offer was accepted. We were kept informed throughout and there was always someone at the end of the phone when we had any queries. Adams were great in arranging extra viewings so that we could show family members and take measurements etc. Overall I would highly recommend Adams Estate Agents to anyone looking to purchase a property.
